It could not have gone any better. I don't give out compliments easily so when I say they are the best carpet cleaner I have ever used you can believe it. They were totally professional and took the time to make sure the carpet was totally clean. I plan on using them the next time my carpet and rugs need cleaning. They even moved furniture to get to places that prior carpet cleaners did not clean.
