It went great. Sean and his team were very professional. I needed to add something to the project and Sean included it smoothly along with the rest of the bathroom renovation. I would definitely hire Sean for all my indoor and outdoor projects.

We were very satisfied with our second story addition. They have a good work ethic, they showed up every morning early to work. They made sure we were satisfied with the results. When we had a leak they came right away to fix it. I would highly recommend them for your next home improvement project. We have received many compliments on our new addition.

We paid half down, he tore up our garage and then left, telling us we had to wait for the permit. We waited several months for the job to be completed and was told the permit was the holdup. After calling the city to check on the permit the permit office told us, he never filed it. He would not return our calls or texts, we waited an additional two weeks for him to contact us and complete the work we paid him for and he never contacted us, came to do the work or even tell us what the hold up was. He finally submitted the permit and when we found out from the city it was ready we contacted him again to see when he was going to complete the job, he refused to answer our calls, texts or voice messages. He basically ran off with our money!

"M.A.D MAN IS currently working on the project, that is a lie no one ran off with anybody's money as you know we just poured 8 yards of concrete on the 13th of Sept in your garage to level it off, and start framing the partion walls for the bed room and also while we were waiting for the permit we also ran the plumbing and did what we could till the permit was issued and even in closed your back porch to turn it into a room if we ran off with your money why would you have hired us to do all the extra work it is not correct that you all assumed I ran off with your money as I have never or will ever do that to any of my clients I'm sorry for the wait that we both endured waiting on the city to approve permit"
