"Hello, I’m sorry for the inconvenience and that you was not happy. Also I’m sorry you didn’t understand that I was passing thru a hard time with a family member that passed away. I want to be clear and let you know that you was not the person who hired me. Secondly the service NIURKA requested was not listed as part of the services we were providing to her property. Thirdly, that was not an emergency situation for me to go overnight and fix a laying down tree. We did everything on our side to help you to maintain NIURKA’s property. I really appreciated the business you gave us during the time you where with us. Also want to be very clear about our professionalism.
