The vendor was very nice. Prepared. We investigated the issue together and identified next steps. No issue was found and he let me know ahead of time that if he cut the drywall, he would not be replacing it. But, he did clean up after himself, which I appreciate.

Jason Smith was such a professional he went above and beyond to make sure my job was done to my satisfaction. He treated my home as if it was like his own. Which is such a blessing…especially since he drilled out a hole in my brick for my dryer vent. His work was flawless and I could not be more grateful!

I called yesterday with an issue. They came out that’s day and told me I needed new coils and condenser unit. They were here they next morning and they were done by 1. We called around 8:00pm because the tank on the toilet wasn't filling up. They had texted me the techs pic and name before 8:30pm. By 9pm the toilet was fixed and I was on my way to bed. How wonderful

Great replacement experience until the end. They messed up my ceiling trim and paint and didn't come back as promised. I had to call the manager to get repairs done. They also suck at follow up customer service. They didn't call to see if I was happy with my installation or to see if I wanted a service plan. Oh well. Their loss.

The electrician that was sent on-site was fair and friendly. He listened to what I needed and didn't try to upsell me. When he came back out to complete the work he was quick and his work was top notch. The only complaint is that I paid a charge for an electrical permit but now, a month after the work, I still have not heard from their office on being inspected or anything else related to the permit. The work was completed immediately without a permit in hand (may be SOP, I don't know).
