Great. She is a go getter!

Service did not go well and submitted a review a year ago with Angie's List and refunded the full amount of the store front. Now Magic Maids is emailing and texting stating that Member owes directly an outstanding bill for services. Continious harrassment and do not owe for any services. Since refund provided by Angie's list they are stating the Member owes for the service full price.

I would not recommend Magic maids, They are not timely and do not honor their Deals offered through angie's list. And one of the gentlemen they sent out acted unprofessionally towards my house sitter. Their website also incorrectly states how long the carpet takes to dry. On their website, they state that the carpets will be dry in 2 hours, but after Cleaning my carpets, the workers told my house sitter that it will take 12 hours to dry.

They did, at best, an average job of cleaning.  The dusting and vacuuming was kind of hap-hazard.  I actually could not tell if they vacuumed the carpet.  I think it might have been because they had the vacuum cleaner set too high.  They were about two hours late for the appointment.  Communication needs to be improved greatly.  I would not use them again even for $100. <br />

Sara and team where awesome and did  a wonderful job.  Very conscience of their work and make sure your satisfied.  I would definitely use their services again. <br />

Service was scheduled for 8 am.  No show by 9 am.  It took 3 attempts to get through to a person to discover they were delayed.  At 11 am the worker showed, then took 15 min. to bring in cleaning supplies.  Spent first 45 min. working on oven/stove.  Claimed he needed to go get more cleaning supplies because stove so dirty.  (anyone in the cleaning business should know to spray cleaner onto burned on residue and let soak - do other job and come back to oven; but this was not done)  He left and returned 1/2 hour later.  Worked on oven/stove for another hour.  AND this was a self cleaning oven!  And the stove was still not completely clean - the pans on the stove had not been removed and there were sticky spills under them. <br /> He wiped down cabinets and inside of kitchen cabinets.  Cleaned fridge. BUT  there was still food residue in fridge and sticky spots on counters. <br /> Supposedly he cleaned one bathroom.  The smell of cleaners was intense in the room.  The sink was clean; BUT the shower was still dirty.   <br /> He said he was done with the kitchen and the one bathroom and asked what else he could do.  I told him that only 3 hours of work was paid for, so I could not request any other work.  He was upset because the time was now nearing 3:00 pm and he said he had been there since 11 am (4 hours).  But I reminded him that he left for 30 minutes plus and engaged in a phone call during the work time.  He said he would call his office for a report about what to do.   <br /> He packed and then left without any acknowledgment of leaving.  BUT he left his vacuum and so I had to call for him to return and had to stay in the empty house for an additional 30+ minutes for him to return.
