It went excellent, he was very compliant with my specifications and requests.

Mike was prompt and professional. He viewed the project and admitted he hadn't put a sauna together before. His honesty was appreciated. He put the sauna together with one minor directional mishap, but came back immediately to make the change. The sauna works beautifully! Mike stood by his work and made sure that I was a happy customer before he considered the project complete.

Mike was very responsive, called back pretty quick, made an apt to come over, gave me some ideas to help the process. He showed up with floor samples a few days later and we were a go. He had quite a time getting the wall paper off the walls, and since I have an old house...plaster was coming off with it. We decided one of the walls was bad enough to need dry wall. He did the floor, door, wood working and dry wall all in 3 days. He is a super nice guy, great personality, did some extra stuff (my bathroom faucet needed a fix). The only thing I have so-so comments on is the dry wall work. he openly said he wasn't really a "dry wall guy", and for the most part it came out ok, but there are a few spots where the dry wall tape is coming through (so I am fixing myself easy enough) and a few other spots I have had to sand and spackle (a lot up toward the ceiling where the dry wall ended and there seemed to be a gap). The price was I felt was a little steep, but he put in the effort and got the job done. I will call Mike again.

Took him a few days to complete this deck and it was well worth it. Very sturdy and rock solid. Highly recommended.
