About us
Since 1973, Magic Mist has served your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. I started the company 41 years ago and trained all the people who work for me now. Unlike many business owners, I try to get out and do some of the actual cleaning when I can! I enjoy meeting as many of my clients as I can. Showed up according to plan. Worked quickly and efficiently. Weren't able to get all of the stains out, but did their best and explained the challenges. Recommended extra treatment for one room due to water damage but didn't try to "oversell" other services. <br />

There were two people who showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They took care of all the pet stains we were concerned about and they were finished very quickly. It did not dry as quickly as they had said it would, but I would use them again and I would recommend them.

Carpet looked great after cleaning. My bathroom rug is an off white burber that was very dirty since my husband doesn't know how to remove his boots. The carpet looked brand new. My other carpets are darker so you really didn't notice how clean on them, but I would imagine that since the bathroom came out so well, the other carpets were just as great. <br /> The men who performed the service were very nice and courteous. <br /> <br /> <br />

Provider was 45 minutes late partially due to detour. They were done in an hour. Carpet dried fairly quickly. Would have appreciated having pet stain areas treated but that was probably extra. They did a good job. <br />

They were great. They had many positive reviews on Angie's List so we had no hesitation trying their service. We got lucky based on schedules and they were able to come out the same day. They were prompt and quick. The carpet looks great and the house doesn't stink from the chemicals, etc. All stains, mainly dirt and the occasional kid mess cleaned up well. We would certainly use them again. <br />

It turned out fine. We have used them in the past too. They were nice and they were able to get out a couple of stains. Two carpet cleaners came out and they stayed for about an hour. They were pleasant and I am comfortable with having them in my home.

Carpets were cleaned very quick. Only complaint was the increase in fee because I have 2ft built-out bookcases in my living room - they considered my living room, 2 separate rooms? Clearly not "2 rooms" :( <br /> <br />
