Marva Bailey and her team is exceptional. The team was 10 minutes early to the job and as I learned, she wanted to conduct a final walk thru of the services they were hired to perform. Their services can best be summed by my wife's comment when she got home from work; "Wow. I did not expect this. I did not expect them to be so thorough, this is fantastic. Can we use them every couple of weeks?" Magnificent Cleaning has been scheduled every two weeks going forward. Marva, thank you!!

I am in love with Magnicient Cleaning Service!!!! I got the Deep Cleaning for 4 hours. The two ladies was punctual and ready to work! They were very nice and catered to my needs. They bought their own cleaning tools and house cleaning supplies; which also had my home smelling fresh! I will definitely be using their services again for biweekly general house cleaning.

Great communication and service! I decided to get the whole house cleaned as a surprise for my wife. She came home and was shocked and extremely happy! I have never used a house cleaning service, but I most definitely will again! I was really impressed with the quality of work. Thank you!

I was trying to find a replacement company for our bi weekly cleaning (current provider is getting out of houses going exclusively commercial). The deal purchased was for deep cleaning of house under 2000 SQF. My house is 1800 SQF. They arrived on time and were professional, however told me that session was was for only three hours (from my perspcective thats fine as long as they got the job done). However, they were not able to get everything done (never touched the basement). Additionally, quality of cleaning was not what i have experienced with other providers. They used powdered on the carpet, which is fine, however didn't properly vacuum it out. So there were white splotches everywhere on the carpet and we had to vacuum the house again to get all the powder out. Also, my wife was not satisfied with cleaning of the bathrooms. Since we get regular cleaning services, overall our house is in pretty good shape so it was disappointing that they couldn't get everything done in time and the quality wasn't what it should have been.

"I sincerely apologize that it was not enough time to do your basement, but up on arrival you were informed we was only there for three hours and you agreed and said you need all four bedrooms three bathrooms living dining rooms steps and hallway change linden clean microwave and also toaster oven done with windows cleaning and baseboards done, everything that you requested in that short amount of time was done except for the basement, as for the carpet it was not power it was Arm & hammer extra strength carpet & room Oder eliminator. thank you for your review and again I apologize but I don’t think it was nothing else we could have done in the amount of time that was allowed."
