I interviewed 11 different deck builders in the area, and decided that Magnolia had the best customer service and dedication to finish the job with expertise. I am VERY pleased, and I would hire them again. I highly recommend them.

Ken, Pedro, and their crew showed up on time, ready to work, with all the proper materials – and finished in less than one day. They had to modify the gutter system after they finished building the TREXX Deck, and they went to Lowe's immediately, came back, and it looks better than it did originally! I can highly recommend this team, and we will definitely use them again in the future – thanks Ken & Pedro.

We thought Magnolia was great. They came when they said they would. They built us some really nice stairs. The workers were conscientious, skilled and cared about what we wanted. They cleaned up after themselves and we were very satisfied. We would definitely hire them again.

Magnolia was straight with me about the need to completely replace the entire deck and to current building codes and fully permitted, while competitors offered partial solutions while.avoiding permits for no significant reduction in price. The deck is beautiful, sturdyl and safe.

You will not find better craftsmen than Magnolia Home solutions. They built a 50 foot long by 8ft deep porch to wrap the front of our home. Ken was a great consultant on the design and materials and was extremely flexible, giving us a variety of options and adjusting with our changing desires - even through the estimate/build process. Wonderful, through Hurrican Heline... They managed to get our wood and start on Saturday and finsih by tuesday mid Day. More Beautiful than the origanl builder. We are extreamly Very Happy and have requested to be able to call them with any future issues we may have on a 17 yr old home. I cannot say enough. 10 stars.

Exceeded my expectations. Turned out beautifully. Workers were great and all my inquiries were answered promptly.

Ken and his crew from Magnolia did a renovation of our large (900 sq ft, 18-foot elevation) 17-year-old deck which included new decking wood, new railing with horizontal stainless steel wire, new stair treads & risers. Most importantly, they dug out 15 support posts (6X6 wood, which had been placed directly in the ground and were beginning to rot) and properly placed them on above-ground poured concrete piers. Additionally, another 6 posts and support beam were added. I do believe you could drive a truck on the deck now. The crew worked tirelessly, completing this large project promptly. Their work was professional and craftsman-like, and the work area was kept clean. We are very happy with our new deck!

We had a hard time getting anyone to just show up to get a price to work on our deck. After Facebook and neighborhood recommendations didn’t pan out, we turned to Angies list and found Ken at Magnolia Construction. He came out and helped identify the problem areas with our sagging deck on a steep mountain grade and came up with a solution and at a price that would guarantee the longevity of our mountain log home. He sent pictures as work progressed (we were out of town while work was performed) so we felt comfortable that the work that was recommended by our engineer was going to be repaired beyond our expectations. They did a great job and was very professional.

Magnolia did such a great job for us. We hired them to build a 650 sf lower level deck with stairs leading down from an existing upper level porch. The stairs were tricky, but they designed and built a beautiful staircase. They built exactly what we wanted, and they did it right. Even the county inspectors were impressed and approved our permit quickly without any issues. The Magnolia team never missed a day, worked super ho*** ** site, and finished on schedule. Both Ken and Pedro were a pleasure to work with on this project. No doubt we'd hire them again for similar projects in the future.

Magnolia was a great find. The most reasonably priced of the 4 quotes I received. They were here everyday until they finished. Passed all inspections w/o any issue. Deck is exactly what we envisioned!
