BEWARE - TRAMPAS SMITH WITH "MAGNUM PLUMBING" Magnum Plumbing is no longer in service but TRAMPAS SMITH "moonlights" under the company name, allowing him to charge unknowing customers out the wazoo. He seems nice enough, so I used him for 3 jobs and this is the LAST TIME. He has taken 2+ trips to complete a job every time, and this time he charged me $700 for 2 hours of work in which I purchased the parts. He told me "the man" needed to take a cut of the bill, but he would "work with me;" only later did I find out that "the man" is him, because the company is out of business! I got to know him through 2-10 home warranty co and I will definitely let them know about him as well. Beware!!! He's a scam artist!!

My toddler flushed a bunch of Lego's down the toilet. I found Magnum on Angie's list. Made an appointment and Trampas came and worked quickly and cleared the clog. I felt comfortable with him and he was so understanding. I'm a single mom and he was reasonably priced. He cleaned up when he was done and it was overall an excellent experience. I highly recommend Magnum for you plumbing needs.

They showed up on time, went to work right away.  They were professional and very respectful.  Had the pipes cleared quickly and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.  I would highly recommend this team.

Had a leak where my water heater is located, I could not find it so go in touch with Magnum Plumbing. They answered my call (did not have to leave a message for call back), we scheduled a time for them to be there and they showed up on time. Once they got there they wasted no time in identifying where the leak was (one of the top fittings) and fixed it by replacing it. Very efficient and high quality work.

EXCELLENT! Trampus came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I was very satisfied with his services. He responded quickly to my call, arrived on time, cleaned up, and did an excellent job on the water heater and faucets. He was very reasonably priced, and I would gladly use him again. Exactly as he had told me at the beginning. Tech had diagnosed the problem and priced the parts. He gave me the estimate on parts but I went with the new water heater. He was very polite and understood when I just went with the new heater. I felt like I wasted his time as I asked for a parts estimate but he assured me he was happy to show me any info I needed to see.
