Easy to explain what's going on to. Very knowledgeable. He offers a warranty which is awesome! You won't find that in just any contractor. Prices are fair as well. Looking forward to hiring him again for upcoming projects.

Mr. Dylan Mahan contacted me and his service, timeliness, courtesy and competence was excellent. The results of the problem in my room that was damaged by a leaking roof were beyond my expectations. I had another handyman to help but the results were unsatisfactory and incomplete. I would highly recommend Mr. Dylan.

I had them move my craft room with several cabinets, book shelves and many cabinets from my townhouseâ s 3rd floor to the second floor sun room and move a very heavy wooden futon, end tables and lamps up to the 3 rd floor. Austin went way beyond what was asked. He fixed doors on cabinets that were loose and crooked (because I put the together many years ago𠤣) he kept rearranging the furniture until I was happy with it. He took an old dining room table that was sitting in my sunroom for quite a while because I could not manage to get it down stairs. I will be using his service for several other projects around my home. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you for a job well done!

Commercial Lawn Care Fall / Spring Clean Up Service
Dylan was great about follow up and making sure I knew what was going on with the work. After many no show contractors or people who drug jobs out, Mahan's showed up and did what he said he would. I highly recommend.

Aston and his assistant did a great job. Austin reestablishes my faith in our younger generation, sharp, Motivated, strong work ethic, honest, does what he says he is going to do, and does it well. His price is fair, and he performed work that was not in our agreement. He cleaned around my home. and did a great job and at no extra cost. YES I will use him again. Very talented and no matter what questions I had to ask the answer was given correctly and the work that was done was in a timely manner, finished and cleaned. Highly recommend!! Finally someone that will do a job correctly and the prices for what I had done was VERY REASONABLE!! WILL BE HIRING AGAIN FOR MORE MAINTENANCE!!!
