Maid for You Checklist Cleaning

The cleaning service was very professional. They completed the service in a reasonable amount of time. They made sure everything was the way we wanted. I would hire them again.

I purchased the deep clean for 4 hrs 2 people. They were nice and respectful. As for the dusting it was average. I would have thought they would use Endust or Pledge. The shop vac was not acceptable for my wood floors. I was not home when they left but my husband said they did not stay for 4 hrs. I found cobwebs in my living room behind a bag that I forgot to move before I left. This was the 2nd deep clean of my house in the last 3 mos. But with different companies. I would have stayed with the first but her price was too expensive to clean on a regular basis. I would have thought the owner would have contacted me after the cleaning was completed to receive my response.

They are good, and the lady is very flexible. I will be using them. again.

I was not at home, so I arranged for the maid service to get in. When I came home from work, I found dust on furniture and, bookcases in several rooms, living room area rug not vacuumed well and spiderwebs still along ceilings in most rooms. The bathroom tub, toilet, and sink had been cleaned very nicely. I do not know what took 6 hours. The owner did text me asking if I was satisfied and I told her about all the things not done or not done well. She did offer to come and do the cleaning herself. I appreciated her offer, but I decided just to have this be a learning experience.

They were efficient and courteous, checking to make sure I was satisfied. A couple touch-ups / re-do items were cheerfully done.

Both of them came and were very attentive and listened to what needed to be done. They were able to complete what was a very extensive clean in the necessary time. Would use them again.

I changed date several times They were very accomadating.

Two ladies showed up when they were scheduled, did what we asked and then some extras. Very pleased with their work.

The shower head was broken during cleaning and not notified. Only one floor was cleaned in 2 story home

We had planned to clean our new home ourselves before our move date, but we ran out of time. Maid for You Checklist Cleaning worked to fit us in on short notice. I had never used a cleaning service before, and I did not know how long the cleaning would take. So I especially liked their "checklist" business model. I was able to chose the length of time that fit my budget and give them a prioritized checklist of what I wanted to be cleaned. I did not have to worry about not making the list long enough for the time period, and I did not have to worry about being charged "overtime" if I made the list too long. I was able to make a short "definitely do this" list and a longer "if you have time" list! I was very happy with how much they were able to accomplish.

Everything went smoothly, and they asked me a couple questions along the way to be sure that they were handling a couple of issues correctly.

I had to be gone the whole time they were cleaning. When I got home I just didn't have a good feeling about how it was cleaned. There was not "good clean" smell to it.

Well. They showed up a bit late but were very diligent about the job.

I was expecting 2 cleaning people for 4 hrs- the owner and I had texted to set up the cleaning and I asked her if there would be 2 people and she answered yes, but she didn't tell me that when 2 came, it would be for only 2 hrs- a misunderstanding I guess. But the 2 did a pretty good job for only 2 hrs

It went well in fact I've had them back a second time. They did what I wanted to be done you know they did it well so. They were very pleasant.

Everything went well, especially given that I was working with new folks who are unfamiliar with my house.

Crystal and Candace did an absolutely beautiful job. They were not only delightful and friendly, but they also worked with me on the spot to use a combination of my natural cleaning products plus some of their heavier duty products to get the job done thoroughly, but in a way that I was comfortable with. They also updated me throughout, showing me any tricky spots they were encountering and how they were planning to tackle it. They did a fantastic job and I look forward to having them here again.

I set up biweekly cleaning of my home with Lisa. Over several months and multiple cleanings, Lisa provided competitive pricing and was responsive to texts and calls. However, there was only one occasion when my house was cleaned properly, and that is when Lisa came with the team. Lisa and the teams always encouraged me to let them know if something wasn't cleaned properly, and I texted pictures of such situations to Lisa. She apologized each time and even provided me with a free cleaning (the one she came to), something I appreciated, and I continued to work with her as she earnestly tried to make things right. However, the problems continued - visible soil, wrappers, food stuff, spilled cat food left on the kitchen floor, no dusting under couches and tables, behind doors. When they didn't show up for my most recent scheduled cleaning today, and I learned that Lisa had scheduled someone else in my regularly scheduled day/time without letting me know. I decided that the ongoing hand holding and inconveniences were too much. I discontinued working with this company.

Responded immediately via Angie's List for a cleaning emergency -- our regular cleaning crew called in sick (and guests were scheduled to arrive for the New Year's holiday). SO nice to fit us in during a holiday week on such short notice; re-hung a downed shower curtain; and stowed a lot of moving chaos before company arrived also. Would definitely use them again.

Four people worked very hard the  6 hours they were there.  I hired them for biweekly cleaning. <br />
