Did not meet expectations but was not unacceptable. Did not replace items that were moved to clean. Came on short notice and just before Christmas. Communication was excellent. <br />

After I found out who cleaned my brothers home in a close proximity, Maid In His Likeness let me know that they could clean it way before my tenants were to move in. <br /> <br /> They did an awesome job from front to back of home, cleaning my 3400 sq ft home which has Four Bedroom Four Bathroom. This company has high quality people which do extraordinary work. My tenants have called me several times speaking on how well the property has been cleaned and kept up. I have given them the Maid In His Likeness phone number so they could stop calling me. All I can say is I thank them for their professionalism, just to know there are people who stand for business. They are worth the prices they quote !!!! <br />

They were good overall, but uneven. It was not the same crew each time. We had them come every two weeks. Usually there were 2 maids that arrived and they'd be done within an hour. Many times the house was essentially spotless, but other times there'd be dirt left under the couch or under other furniture. They were friendly and professional though. I thought the price of $120 was a bit steep for what they did. We have someone coming every two weeks that does about the same for $60 now, and she does a better job overall. <br />

"I'm a little surprised to see this review, being as though we have not serviced your home in almost a year. While servicing you, I'd contact you often about the cleaning, and whether you're happy. The answer was always an emphatic, "YES"! In fact, i still have the emails to prove it. To receive this review so much time later makes me question your motives. You also have the incorrect pricing, as I do not have any cleaning packages that are $120. You must have us confused with another company you tried. In any event, if you were fortunate enough to find a lady wiling to clean your size home for only $60, you sold stick with her. Finally, as for the make up of my crews, you are also incorrect. My crew's are comprised.of 3-4 ladies. Sometimes, I even joined them. Your parents still do business with us, and I can honestly say that I appreciate all of the feedback they give.me. They also give me the courtesy of a phone call, when the crew doesn't clean up to my standards.. In any event, I appreciate the patronage and would hope you'll tell your current housekeeper when she slips up. That feedback is valuable... Be well."

A crew of 4 arrived earlier than promised, which was great, because I had someone scheduled to look at the property. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. Among other things, the windows were washed, the interiors of all cabinets were cleaned, and the bathrooms were scoured. These weren't the cleanest of tenants, so I was quite happy to see the home restored to its original charm. I have other properties - I will definitely use them again! <br />

Maid in His Likeness has been cleaning our home for almost 2 years. They are always on time or if there is a delay they always call and let me know. The ladies and gentlemen are always courteous and friendly. The work is done with dispatch and in a professional manner. The quality of the work is outstanding. I would recommend Markishia's team to anyone.

We were always pleased with the cleaning, and if we had a question or needed an extra touch-up on anything, the owner made it happen ASAP. The employees were always very courteous and friendly. Their service was quick and thorough. We stopped using them so that our children could learn some cleaning skills of their own. :-) <br /> We might re-hire this team when the children go back to school. <br />

My brother, sister and I all live in North Carolina and we wanted to have my Dad's house professionally cleaned for Father's Day. Not knowing any reputable cleaning services in Florence, we researched online and found Maid in his LIkeness. We decided to use them after reviewing their site and we are so glad we did! The owner, Markyshi was so pleasant on the phone and answered all of our questions and concerns. We sent a check because they don't take credit cards (hopefully they will soon!) and they were able to schedule the appointment right away. Dad couldn't be happier with the results! He said his house has never been so clean and that everyone was very efficient and professional. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for doing such a great job. "My company did not service your home in May, or any time during 2015. My records indicate my company serviced you in June of 2014.... During a follow-up telephone call, you commented that you loved the cleaning. The next cleaning followed shortly thereafter, and I arrived to your home with the crew after calling IN ADVANCE to explain that we would be arriving a little late, because of a difficult cleaning before you. You commented that it was ok and wasn't upset in any way when we arrived. You performed a walkthru at the conclusion of the cleaning, and stated that you were pleased. There is no way i wouldve allowed my crew to leave without making sure you were pleased. When it came time to pay, I told you to drop $50 from the price, for your inconvenience. You happily obliged. To wait a YEAR AFTERWARD to write a poor review, is dishonest and shameful. I wonder about your true intentions, here."

They are by far the greatest cleaning compay around today! They ask you if anything in particular needs to be done. Have you walk through the house to check on the job and if anything needs to be fixed they do it immediately and happily- NO bad attitude! They will even return if you discover something undone or not done up to your standard, again happily. They strive to make you happy whether the owner is there or not. One month the team came alone and I thought it looked great, but the next month the owner apologized and pointed out something that was missed and what to look for when walking through after cleaning. Yes, they are that good and honest. I believe it has been a little over a year and I have never had a complaint. They even make sure they do not scare your pets and even deal with ones like our new kitten who wants to play with the pile of items they just swept up. She will spread it out and they never complain, just re sweep. They all introduce themselves and are a delight. I can be a bit of a perfectionist and have gone through several companies because they do not do what they promise, simply mop with dirty water, no cleaner, ask you to refill their cleaners, leave " piles" of items they had to move to clean, but never put back, show up to an hour late without calls and have an attitude if you point something out. Maid in His Likness are perfectionists and do not do any of the negatives above. They are the greatest find and the ONLY company to consider. They are easy to deal with and make appointments, are on time despite driving from Florence to Surfside Beach. The owner makes sure you have the cell number incase you have a time problem. They are happy to come to Surfside/Myrtle Beach. If you are looking ONLY consider them. They are honest, caring, fair, and priced well. True professionals! <br />

"I spoke to you directly after the cleaning and you assured me that you were happy. To receive this AFTER SEVEN MONTHS is mind-boggling. You were told - as I tell all clients - that your cleaning time slot is an approximate. The crew certainly arrived (20 minute) late, but you were phoned beforehand and told so. I'm confused as to why you'd utilize this forum to voice your dissatisfaction, when you stated you were happy at the conclusion of the walkthrough AND you told me on the telephone that you were happy. In any event, I thank you for your patronage and would hope you're more forthright with the next company you do business. I don't believe this review came from an honest or pure place. I thought their price was very reasonable. I did not feel that they did everything that was supposed to be on that deep clean but they were extremely nice. When they found something that was wrong, for eg; they were cleaning the windows in one of my bedrooms and one of the panes was a little loose, and the young lady came to let me know so that I can have it taken care of. I have a lot of small figurines and when cleaning one of them, one of the pieces came off and the young lady came and brought that to me to show it to me. I appreciated that because she could have just put it back and I wouldn’t have noticed until later. So I appreciated things like that. But, I just really didn’t feel like for what they said they were going to be doing that they did. The thing that I liked was the people that worked for them – they were extremely, extremely courteous. It could be a possibility that they were not told that they were supposed to be doing a deep cleaning, and they did come at the end of the day. So, I’m sure it being towards the end of the day, that they were probably trying to get in and get out. And I’m not sure what I said that what they were supposed to be doing was actually relayed to them. My advice to others who want to use their service would be to make sure that exactly what you are asking for is going to be done and that’s what you are paying for. Like I said, the people that work for them are just extremely nice, and I probably should have told them that I needed deep cleaning.

"I really appreciate the feedback, although I am a little confused as to why this is the first I'm hearing of your dissatisfaction. You were serviced back in August of 2014...and you commented to the staff that you were happy, upon your walkthrough with my staff. Staff is given a work sheet, that dictates what type of cleaning each client receives. So, if you felt they behaved as though they weren't aware, I needed to know that. Feedback is extremely imperative, so that I can discipline, re-train, or make personnel changes, if necessary. I am sure that since this telephone review was initiated by Angie's List, you were initially not going to say anything. However, I just wish you considered letting me be the first person to whom you conveyed your sentiments, instead. The service provided exceeded my expectations. They are a christian company and the customer service that that provided was amazing. Fair, friendly and no surprises. They lived up to and beyond their promises. I think my home was a little dirtier than the average move out situation but they were troopers and got the job done. It was a blessing to have this chore taken care of so that I could put my house on the market. I cannot think them enough and would recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed! <br />

I moved in to my home about a year ago and have had a difficult time finding a provider who would either service my area or had availability. My husband and I both work crazy schedules and travel, so it's been difficult to keep up with having a clean (to our standards) home. I'm thankful MAID in His Likeness is expanding to the Greenville/Spartanburg area and was able to clean my home. I contacted them through Angie's List and had a response within minutes. They were able to guide me on which package was best for my need, which was a deep clean. They were able to schedule me that same week. The team arrived on time (actually were able to arrive earlier, which worked for me), and were very professional. They all introduced themselves, I did a quick walk through with the team lead, and they immediately got started. I left and ran errands, and they were finished within minutes when I returned. Probably took them about an hour and a half. My house is squeaky clean, and smells fresh. The baseboards, vent covers, celing fans, microwave, refrigerator, bathrooms...all clean. I am very impressed and will use the on a regular basis. <br />

We called from VA to arrange cleaning of my mother's home in Bennettsville, SC. Markeyshi was lovely to work with on the phone, and especially understanding of working in my elderly mother's house. Knowing that I couldn't be on site, it was important for me to find someone professional, with good credentials, and MAID in His Likeness was just that. They weren't good. The first time was great and the second time not as good, it's just kind of deteriorated. The owner was really good but she only came the first time. I would not use them again in the future.

The owner scheduled me quickly, and was very accommodating as I had out of town company coming to visit. Her ladies came in at the end of the day and my husband and I made ourselves a cocktail and enjoyed some time on the deck while they were cleaning. The owner also followed up to make sure I was pleased and offer to schedule me again. I was very happy with their service, I didn't have to "re-clean" anything as I've had to do in the past with other services. The whole house smelled clean as well as looking spotless. The team was very professional and pleasant to have working in my home. I won't hesitate to hire them again. I wish I could have them come in every week!! They are for sure my "Go To " cleaning service! <br />
