Initially, she seemed very pleasant and ready to do what I need it..What I planned to do and requested of the a lady that came from Angie's list. Did not happen. She was adamant to only opened one box & only pa Initiated. put together a rolling close rack. That was not even finished before she dcided to leave ... My questions about her finishing we're met with vague "don't know" She didn't even fix that one. There are still pieces on the floor of the room.She was in. I asked several times nicely, for her to help with the books and bookshelves..which were pushed aside by her.

I cannot say enough about Jessica and her company, Maid It Happen. I have already recommended her to friends. Dhe was reassuring, energetic, friendly!

I am a single mother work full time and my son plays travel ball that keeps us away from home most weekends. Made it happen has made my life easier. They arrive day of scheduled cleaning. My house is always very clean after they leave. Not sure what I'd do without there help.

Very dependable and works with us if we have to change dates. Jessica and her employees are very positive and open to suggestions. We feel comfortable and trustworthy to have them in our home. They have been doing every 2 weeks cleaning in our home for over 2 years. The crew is very easy to work with and listens to our requests. Love all the input from Jessica of things that need to be looked into in our home. Thanks to Jessica and company for making our lives much easier!

We’ve used Jessica and her crew for 7 or 8 years now for our rental home on Lake Keowee. Whether turning our big house around within a few hours for our next guests, deep cleaning for spring or fall, or just regular cleanings, they do a great job! Jessica has gone above and beyond on several occasions if guests have ever needed anything. Highly recommend!

The problem was not with the cleaners. It was with the owner of the business. First of all, she required $100 to guarantee that we would engage her company. The cost for the first two visits was almost $500. We are a retired couple living alone with one beagle. We are NOT pigs and our house was not filthy. My big beef is that she requires payment via a credit card which she charges the week we are due for cleaning. The other complaint is that, even if you notify her ahead of time, you are still charged for cleaning if you will be gone and do NOT want anyone in your home to clean. The other “rule” is that you need to give a 30 day written and verbal notice to cancel her services. But, we were not given an address ?? A contract was brought to us after several weeks of engaging this company. Since we were already unhappy with Maid it Happen, we did not sign it! The cleaning lady who took care of us was excellent !! That is “why” some of the grades were higher. However, I would not recommend this company to anyone!
