"Hi [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your feedback. We gave you a list of tasks that are included in your deep clean prior to arrival, vacuuming your couches were included. At the beginning of the cleaning we deliberately was anyone sensitive to any smells, has any preferences for specific products to be used or is there anything we should be aware of and your wife said no. At the cleaning when we spoke to you on the phone when the item was broke we deliberately asked you if you will like us to leave due to your wife screaming at us and you had responded no she needs the help. We cleaned the home and you left 30 mins prior to us finishing the cleaning. At the end of the cleaning you and your wife refused to pay for the cleaning. We explained to you we will not process a claim until payment was received because that was not the agreement and the piece of stone for the bathroom was equivalent to the amount of the cleaning or we will be taking legal action . The supervisor assured as soon as you send in your invoice we can process a claim but you refused to do that and waited two weeks because you said you had a funeral to attend on the company's voicemail. We asked for the invoice and you insisted on sending us a quote instead for a replacement piece which was $200 more then the item that was broke. We explained to you once the case was processed you can speak with the insurance company and see if they are willing to honor you $400 instead of the $200 replacement that you were requesting. I apologize for the confusion and can send you a copy of the emails of our conversations along with another invoice and once it is paid we will gladly process your claim.
