Hello, we are Carlos and Perla, owner operators of Maid Perfect Housekeeping—serving the Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest and Triangle area. We know there’s nothing like coming home to a clean and tidy house or apartment. But let’s face it, many of you have busy schedules that don’t leave a whole lot of time for cleaning chores. And frankly, we know some of you would rather do other things with your free time. The challenge, of course, is finding reliable housekeeping help that will do the job the way you want it. Well, we have great news. When we decided to open Maid Perfect Housekeeping two years ago, we made a promise to both ourselves and our clients: "Your home cleaned just the way you like it, at a price no one else can beat." Over the past few decades I’ve had a half dozen cleaning services. The team I have from maid perfect by far does the best job consistently over time. Super clean! They have been cleaning my homes for over 5 years now and they have never cut corners. We have a dog and they always vacuum the sofas and chairs which is amazing for keeping things clean. I like that they give me a two hour arrival window via text the day before because it means I can just take my dog to the park for a couple of hours sometimes instead of taking her to doggie daycare for the whole day.

I have been using Maid Perfect for years and am always pleased by the quality of cleaning they provide. They remind me of my appointment coming up and confirm time the day before. My kitchen and bathrooms shine and the house smells great. They take out all trash and make the beds. Great job of dusting and vacuuming and mopping. The crew is always polite, hard working and detailed and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Maid Perfect has been cleaning our home for over 10 years! They come twice a month and we get cleanings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
I particularly like their text reminders 1) Confirming each visit the weekend before 2) The day before they send ETA info. 3) The day of, they send a “ on our way text” So I always know their schedule.
They are very trustworthy and I feel comfortable with them in the house when I am or when I am not there.
We pick up some before they come each time and our house always feels clean. House smells great for a couple days after they leave each time they visit!

I have been using Maid Perfect for more than a year now and they save my sanity! They come in as a team and clean my 3,200 sf house in about an hour and half. When they leave, everything is clean and the house smells amazing! My neighbor uses them too! Highly recommend!

They were incredible. Three young women showed up promptly when I was told they would and immediately began cleaning. They were very cheerful, polite and considerate of my belongings. The owners stopped by shortly after to make sure everything was being done as I asked. As they asked questions, they also began cleaning while we talked. I had to leave for work and when I came home I was amazed. I had expected the floors to be done and the bathroom kitchens to be clean. It was that and more. Towels were neatly folded on towel racks. Throws were neatly folded and placed on sofas. If I didn't know better I would swear they had replace some of my old kitchen appliances with new ones they looked so clean. All in all the service is well worth it. I will definitely be contacting them for future cleaning. This was my first experience with professional house cleaners and I am thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and their cleaning. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone.

The owners and a team of three cleaners were excellent at assessing the whole house first then cleaning. They did very good, professional job!! I was impressed at how hard they all worked. They even cleaned my front door inside and outside!! A top to bottom wonderful cleaning!
