Maid pro Albuquerque does a great job! My family and I are recently new to the area and my wife has always done the cleaning in any house we have lived in, but is currently pregnant with her third child. I looked to get us some help once a week and we found maid pro and I have to tell you Tony and his staff are so kind and make scheduling very easy. We have been using them now for almost 2 months and have already told Tony that we will be staying with his services for the rest of this year and on going. Thanks so much Tony!

Great overall experience! Loved the way my home smelled after they cleaned.

They will quote one price then charge you another price. Don't ever gave them a credit card. I have cancelled their service 6 months ago, then all of a sudden they charged me for work that was not performed. They do not return phone calls and when you get to talk to them, they are very rude.

We started off with a very good experience having MaidPro clean my parents' home. The first visit was excellent so we set up for recurring service. The 2nd service was average and definitely a stepdown from the first cleaning. Then the credit card charges for services that weren't done started to appear. When I noticed the first charge, I contacted the owner who assured me he would get it removed. Now 3 weeks later, it is still not removed and I got charged again for a 2nd service that was not done. Contacted the owner several times and while he has stated he will address these errant charges, it still is not done. Really poor service. Very disappointing after such a great start. Avoid this company.

It was pretty good. They showed up on time, confirmed a day before that they were coming, and they are totally accommodating about that, they will asked before cleaning it, very thorough cleaning, they do their best to complete the job in a timely manner.

Maid Pro provided excellent service in a very timely manner and did an outstanding job in cleaning.

Excellent. My house never been cleaner. I have a regular cleaner Alyssa. I love her. I requested her and they were happy to grant my request. They work with me when i need to reschedule my cleaning day. The price is fair. I highly recomend this company.

Awesome! The girls were very thorough and did a great deep clean. The owner is very responsive and always available to answer my questions or give the cleaners my feedback.

They are great! They get in and out quickly and the house feels one million times better. Gina was excellent specifically. Tony is very responsive to requests and inquiries and easy to get in touch with if you have questions or need anything changed. I’m relatively new to the service but LOVE IT so far... it’s giving me back some time to actually be with my family as a busy working mom!
