One Time Interior House Cleaning
My apartment was half done. They were rushing to leave even though I was told that for each additional hour I could pay extra. That wasn't the case. In the bathrooms they didn't get behind the toilet. In the kitchen they didn't clean out the trash can or the deep freezer. When asked about my experience I told the truth. Well the owner called me to complain there were bugs under the cabinet. I did not know that, however, I did help to remove them so they could finish cleaning. One of cleaners wanted to clean around them or stop altogether. I felt very "seen". I was embarrassed and the entire situation made me feel real low. So no I would not recommend this company.

Hired them to perform a move out cleaning. The list was quite long and the house was in pretty rough shape but the crew they sent did a great job getting all the items cleaned. Crew was professional and timely with the amount of work that needed to be done. Sean the owner was very pleasant to correspond with and professional. I was quoted about $275 for my square footage at a rate of either $100/hr for 2 people or $125/hr for a crew of 3. He said they would send 3 if they had availability. I was upfront about the condition of the house and was hoping they would send a crew of 3 but only 2 showed up. I feel I could have saved a few dollars if a crew of 3 was sent, but the job got done. It ended up taking 4 hours and cost $400, which I felt was fair. There were a few nitpicky items I could have had them fix or finish, but I had to get back to work. I have confidence they would have fixed them. They also brought issues to my attention that I was unaware of and I am grateful for that.
