They did a fair job but was not as thought as I expected. More importantly, there was a communication barrier. There were two cleaners - one spoke NO English and the other spoke VERY LITTLE English. My Spanish is remedial so I had to use Google Translator for all communication. This was very ineffective and I finally just gave up. There was no follow up from the Company. I gave them three stars because they did accomplish a very basic cleaning but I will not be using them again.

The job was done great. Only problem that I have said you cannot get in touch with anyone. And I did not schedule a follow up appointment.

They were very pleasant, they did a good job but they came too late and didn't have enough time to finish everything, since it was the first time they cleaned my house, I would use them again and I would book them earlier so they will have enough time to finish everything They did not clean my refrigerator or cleaned the windows which David said they would do, however since they know the house now, they will clean it next time since I would hire them again My house is two story , 35000 sq foot so they needed to start in the morning not at 1:45 pm however since i asked for them on the same day, it is partly my fault, I am sure they would do a great and perfect job the next time i would use them and I would recommend them.

I love them. They are very agreeable. Always on time. Great at communicating arrival time. I would give them a triple a rating. Always courteous. If there is something they miss, and you bring it up to them. They are quick to bring that situation around. They are on a monthly ration with me. I do suggest them to family and friends.
