My new job has me working a lot and it's so nice to have a reliable, affordable service on call. They did a fantastic job and it was worth every penny. Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms were covered and I didn't have to worry about doing maintenance myself. <br />

The cleaning team (two women) were pleasant. My disappointment lies in the fact that I don't think they did "deep cleaning". Their cleaning wasn't as deep and intense as I expected. Maybe I have unreasonably high expectations for the price i paid. Still, they did a good job cleaning and I would hire them again for basic cleaning. <br />

I had Liz's team come twice and was happy both times! <br /> <br /> Her team arrives right on time with everything they needed to clean my house. <br /> <br /> The first time they did the kitchen and two bathrooms-- they did awesome. <br /> <br /> The second time was whole house with less on the kitchen as oven and frig still clean. They dusted vacuumed top to bottom and cleaned the bathrooms spotless. I pointed out a few problem areas and they were on them. Anna is a superstar! <br /> <br /> Although the price is reasonable for LA, it's higher than I was used to living in San Diego <br /> <br /> Would have them come again.

do the rest. The deal was $160 for 6 hours of house cleaning. Pretty simple. The service was VERY responsive and did a lot of conversing to help make my appointment happen. They even came on a Saturday and I was very happy with everything. Saturday came around and they showed up on time and were very friendly. More on that later. There were 2 maids and they did a decent job. I made it clear to them at the start that they were to only clean for 1.5 hours. The main guy (who identified himself as the owner) was one of the maids that came. He was super nice. So nice that he spent a decent amount of time talking. I would estimate about half an hour of just talking on his part. They ended up staying for about 2 hours. The very nice owner and I finished our business with a clear understanding of what was left on your deal. They had delivered on 2 maids for 2 hours. Thats 4 hours of the 6 we paid for. We agreed there was a balance and he said call anytime and we'll work out a time to do the rest. <br /> UP to this point everything was cool. I was a little off put at paying for him to talk to us a bunch while he was there but I didn't make a big deal about it because it was only about half an hour and I figured hey, at least he was nice and cool about it. <br /> <strong>Everything changed when I contacted them more then a month later. <br /> </strong>I contacted them setup a time to have them come out and clean our house again and work off the balance and most like do some more hours. The representative (the wife) curtly informed me that I had no credit with them and that they had fulfilled their part of the original deal. At the end of the day we just don't agree on the number of hours that were actually delivered. I certainly wouldn't pay $160 every time I wanted my house cleaned. It was the wife's position and stonewall attitude with me that sparks this review. She was defensive and inflexible with every communication. She was more concerned with being right then making a customer for life. She made assumptions about me wanting my money back and being displeased when all I wanted was my house cleaned by a decent person. She even went into some rant about how Angie's list is full liars and cheats and how Angie's list takes 30% of their money. (She even threw slavery into the conversation.) Business models aside - I just want my house cleaned by reasonable nice people. Services like these are supposed to make our lives easier not more difficult. I don't see how fighting over 2 hours is a solid business model for encouraging repeat business. <br />

You told him there was 6 hours he didn't know the deal period I got confused I thought you just buy the deal here on the big deal. After I realise we did your house before 3 hours why maid the deal you buy buy is 6 hours 1 Maid or 2 for 3 hours. 160.00 dollars it was just for first time after 80.00 2 hours 2 maids but you didn't read the deal you buy so you want to have 3 hours more you said I want to schedule the half of the deal I buy. I told you we already did. You answer me rude trying to us back and work for free. I refuse you got mad. I AM THE OWNER NOT MY HUSBAND I DO THE DEALS NOT HIM. SORRY IF HE WAS TALKING WITH YOU. I THINK THAT MAKE YOU MAD AND YOU LOST THE TIME ABUT IT. THEY STAYED EXTRA TIME THAT YOU DIDN'T REALIZE IT RIRH? thank you I don't need a client that call 2 months after that's is not a client for life that's once a wild services. I have customers that they are not from Angie's list weekly. Happy and satisfied of our services. They pay what they think is right. Next time if you buy a big deal from here this company Angie's list take 40% of the purchase plus the others companies pay almost 400.00 monthly. Make math we didn't make profit with you period. This a business. I think the days to work for free are over. My husband is upset because he was nice with you but anyway thanks you have a good holly days."

Very nice lady, brought her own cleaning materials but her vacuum did not work properly so used mine. She did a good and careful job with what she accomplished (especially bathroom tile and shower doors which had some calcium buildup on fixtures), but was fairly slow and ran out of time before and she finished and had to leave as she was being picked up by her manager. <br />

<p>This was a $160 big deal purchase. They were nice, pleasant people, but it was supposed to be a deep clean thing, you know, and I did not feel like they deep cleaned enough. It was like a standard thing, you know. </p>

I had to ask the owner why the girls that came out were late. She said that the girls were already at my address and it was my fault if the girls were at the wrong address. I did not confirm any address. I expected her to confirm the address before sending the girls. She refused to take my address over the phone and wanted me to text it to her. When the girls showed up, they were super nice and professional. They made me feel better about the whole situation. The girls put a cleaning agent in my oven and forgot to wipe it out. When I finally found out, it took me forever to get it out. The owner showed up to the billing address and I remember her being really rude. She made me feel bad as if I had done something wrong. I don't remember much but all I know is that I will never use her again.

Sorry that I have to work to have my bills paid even here my advertising. Here the customers of this place are so heartless and so mean with hard workers. There was no additional cost to the big deal price. The maids that came out were two younger girls. The tried hard but they clearly had not been doing this for a long time and you could tell. They did an okay job. They were definitely responsive and professional. However, they showed up very late.
