BEWARE!!! Got an estimate for $480 for a move out service. When Delania came and went over what was expected and specifically talked about the walls being cleaned. (The refrigerator didn?t need cleaned, oven, no carpet cleaning, no closets needed cleaned or garage) I ended up paying $510 and the walls and light switches were never touched! The windows were never cleaned. Talked to the owner and was told sarcastically ?sorry for inconveniencing you 5 minutes to clean light switches!? So $510 covered them to vacuum 3 bedrooms floors, mop the kitchen floors and clean 2 bathrooms! The owner said he thought his crew kicked a** when he never even saw the work. Beware never use this company the owner really talked a good game but came far from satisfaction! Horrible customer service!!

This team of workers are amazing!! They cleaned, painted, repaired, cleared out, scooped poop, and mowed. Everyone was so helpful and friendly to my elderly mother-in-law. The job was too big for any one of us. They did it all so quickly and efficiently. We truly can't say enough good things about this team.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! I was in a real bind moving from Colorado to my new house in Omaha which was absolutely filthy and reeked of cat box.... They immediately worked me in to get the entire house deep cleaned, and shampooed the carpets and upholstery; all within 4 days! I highly recommend Maids & More for your cleaning needs!!!

I was very pleased with their thoroughness. My house is not easy to clean (lots of ceiling fans and light fixtures, boxes of things I need to unpack and heavy furniture). They moved furniture and cleaned shades that are never opened. The kitchen was a disaster beforehand, it is pristine after a lot of hard work!

Amazing! It’s like brand new again. So happy to come home to a clean home and it took a ton of stress off my shoulders.

My husband and I are both disabled and were unable to clean up the mess. I called them and they had someone out within a day. I was very embarrassed by the whole situation as I would have been able to clean up the mess I would have. Julie was very professional and set me at ease, her work was impeccable. I will use them again and ask for Julie Monday.

Wonderful. They always did a great job. They were careful and Jim was super ti deal with. Only one time did I call him because they missed something and he had the cleaners come back the next day and reclean the entire house at no cost. I really can't say enough good about this company!!!

I wanted to get my new home deep cleaned really well prior to our household goods being delivered. I wasn't sure if Maids & More would be able to accommodate since it was a short notice job for a BIG house. They not only were able to do it, but also completed the job extremely efficiently & exceeded every expectation. Jim & the 4 ladies who cleaned my home were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and their pricing is great as well. Highly recommend...will be setting up recurring service with them in the near future!!

I've had them for years. They do a really good job. I really don't have a feel for what the going rate is because I've been with these guys forever, but I think it's a fair price.

I had a coupon for discounted service so I made the appointment with the service then they had one of their team come to the house to see what all I wanted done. Then we scheduled the appointment for the service. That morning at 9 AM three of the team came and washed the inside of all my windows and washed all the screens. They finished that about the time three more members came, two of the original three stayed and the five team members cleaned my house thoroughly. I was very impressed. The bathtub in the guest bedroom has never been so white and shiny. They got some of the originally packing tape off my range that I have been chipping at for a long time that I couldn't get off. One of the team members repaired a screen that had come loose from the frame. You could tell they took pride in their work because as they were going out the door they noticed a cobweb on a chandilier and got a brush out and completely brused it down again to make sure it was clean. Two from the original team left about noon and the others left about 1:15 PM. The house was certainly ready to show off when they were done. <br />

PRICING: 2,200 square foot house cost $275 minimum, more if it takes longer, showers/tubs are extra. <br /> I am an OCD cleaner, so this was a basic cleaning. I found the flat rate excessive for what they did. 75% of my house isn't used on a weekly basis (4 bedrooms, 3 baths for a married couple with no children). They are great if you have a project and want to pay by the hour. For example, I paid them by the hour to oil my woodwork. I was very happy with this crew and found the rate fair. <br /> If you are looking for a deep cleaning, this isn't the company. Like many companies out there, they are in and out fast. <br />
