Very pleased with this service.

It went very well. Sonya is a friendly, courteous person who does a very good job.

Sonya did beautiful work! She made the place sparkle. Truly a fantastic job done on short notice. Sonya was a pleasure to work with. It could have been a huge challenge to coordinate all this from afar (Maryland) but Sonya made it all go smoothly.

I was extremely pleased with Sonya and Katrina. They were prompt, efficient, very easy and pleasant to talk with, and most of all very polite taking suggestions and direction. If I weren’t moving out of state I surely would have them back for additional house cleaning support.

Sonja and Katrina were great! Hard workers, friendly, and great attention to detail. They even swept the porch on their way out so no one would track in leaves or debris. I never would have thought of that!

Hired for 4 hours, 2 people. Paid $100 more for them to stay an extra hour to make sure it was a good clean. Wife was in and out of the house and they had no idea. They called my wife to tell her that she hired a 3rd person to help them so that they can leave early. Every time my wife went back to the house, there wasn’t a 3rd person there. We caught them leaving 2 hours early, walked through real quick but trusted that they did what they said they would. We paid them much more than they asked. We went through to check the work and we were very disappointed. Dog hair on the floor from previous owners and it hardly looked like it was swept, baseboards were gross, maple syrup on the walls in the pantry, oven not done, ketchup on the door in the fridge, dust on vents. We really couldn’t see what was done for work. If they did anything, it wasn’t a good job and they lied about the 3rd person being there so that they could leave early. My wife followed up with pics and stated that she was disappointed with their work and did not receive a reply. We were willing to give them another try but after ignoring my wife’s messages, we will not be hiring them again.

Sonia works hard for full 4 hours. She is detail oriented and left my condo clean and shine. Will definitely hire her again.
