Mr. Benjamin was extremely professional, with excellent communications and great attention to detail, after we failed to get anywhere with our contractor. He was an extreme pleasure to work with.

The job was more extensive than originally anticipated. Travis with MainLine Remodel kept me in the loop the whole time and explained recommendations and followed up with pictures. Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Travis and the team were busy and had to reschedule a few times, but I understand that speaks to the demand for their services.

All work was done to my satisfaction. The owner is very easy to work with and has been very helpful and accommodating.

Mainline did an amazing job on a whole bathroom remodel. Will definitely use again when we continue our home remodeling project.

Travis and his work is amazing. I could not recommend him more highly. You will not find in Tallahassee anyone who takes such pride in their work and strives to go the extra mile to do the very best work that can be done for you and your home improvement desires. His rates are very reasonable and you can tell he generally enjoys helping others and is not just trying to nickel and dime for his time. He has done a couple of different projects for me, and each time he carefully studies and researches the different approaches until he is confident that we are taking the absolute best course of action possible, what more could you possibly want?

The remodel went over very well. He did exactly what I asked for. My bathroom is small but it’s pretty. I am interested in aging in place so he put in a grab bar when he retiled my shower. He also made the floor where I could roll in if necessary. No step up. He widened my door in case I ever needed a wheelchair. My vanity top and spigot were totally replaced. He put marble on the floor throughout and up the walls partway. New towel rods were installed. He also built a seat for me in the shower. I am very pleased. It was a message job, and took some time but it was worth it.
