Ameer and his team at Main Source 365 have been extremely helpful, informative and responsive during a three-day set-up period. My father, age 90, had just had his hard drive replaced by Best Buy. My husband who had been dad's tech support for the last decade, came to a point of wanting to pass the baton to another resource. And so, that's where my quick search on Angie's List came up with Main Source 365. They were on top of a list of 4 services all offering computer tech support. Even though I called all of them, MS 365 was the perfect fit! They specialize in helping seniors nationwide and I personally attest that they are a gem. When hubby decides to stop mentoring/supporting me with my computer challenges for whatever reason as the years go by, I know who to turn to. Hats go off to a Super Professional Team! Their pricing is more than reasonable and all team members, thus far, have shown their true colors of "Caring". Thank You Main Source 365!

Initially, we just needed some basic personal tech support from Main Source 365 Tech. I’d just bought a new laptop, which they helped me to connect with my printer, while teaching me to navigate the device and set up cybersecurity. I signed up for the 1-year peace of mind premium membership for only $365. Eventually, I told them about Hassle Free Home Liquidators LLC, my real estate business. They offered managed I.T solutions and marketing services. Including CRM development, VOIP solutions, website design, branding logo creation, business card design, and SEO. They even helped me set up and manage my social network profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn and other business sites. Basically, I found an all-in-one tech partner who I could delegate to. Another thing that I really did find helpful was during the covid-19 pandemic lockdown my 2 kids had to start home-schooling, which they provided timely support services by helping me source a second new laptop and a new Windows PC desktop. They ensured the purchase was a great deal and covered under an extended warranty. I appreciate the continued proactive engagements and action item progress tracking reports they email me regarding what we’re working on. It’s very clear and not too overwhelming on my part. I'm not tech-savvy but Main Source 365 Tech truly does make IT easy. I highly recommend Main Source 365 Tech LLC.

It only took an hour and there wasn’t anything I had not done already. The issue was resolved but then I was charged way too much for what was done.

Ultimately this customer feedback allowed for a valuable opportunity to further develop and improve our service offerings. This improvement includes a FIRST 30-MIN FREE offer to all callers. In addition to a 1-hour only price option."

I called multiple other companies (including apple) trying to get my content on an external drive so i would have more storage. Main Source 365 was the only company that could help me. Not only did they fix the problem, but they were so helpful during the whole process. If you need any help CALL MAIN SOURCE 365!

Regular maintenance is done once a month. They check for viruses and remove when found. They also submit a list if anything is found. I highly recommend this company.
