Marlin and crew showed up early, were professional, courteous, kept me in the loop on the status of repair. Left the carpets looking amazing, cleaned up after themselves. I will hire them again in the future if needed. On a side note, keep the extra carpet the builder gives you for any future repairs. Thank you Marlin and crew.

Marlin was incredibly punctual, friendly, and helpful. He did an excellent job repairing the carpet damage caused by our new puppy. Since we didn’t have any leftover remnants in our new home, he took a piece from the closet and thoughtfully replaced it with a closely matched carpet he had on hand. It was the first time I’d seen a carpet professional go out of their way to ensure the remnant was properly replaced. Even more impressive, he had the perfect color match. I was truly impressed by both his service and craftsmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again—in fact, with a dog in the house, he’s now on my speed dial!
