Majestic Heating and Air

Majestic was the worst AC repair company I’ve ever used. They are dishonest with their work, for me they came the first time to fix my ac that wasn’t blowing cool air. Took a look at it for a few min and then transferred it over to an electrician which took another week for them to come out. The electrician explained to me it was not an electrical problem and he himself explained how majestic inc has done this kind of shady business practice before. Then I was dispatched again to majestic where finally they repaired my ac for what worked for only 2 weeks before it stopped again. Have in mind I have a new born under a month at home and it’s 90 degrees outside and I’ve explained this to majestic, their front desk lady Deana hung up the phone on me and that was it I had enough. Stay away from this dishonest and shady company. You’ve been warned!!

This company is the best of the best!! Joe (owner) is always just a phone call away and seems to always drop everything to help out his clients. Most companies would push out the appointment a couple days but Majestic was always able to make it out same day or next day if I called late in the evening. Furnace wasn't working, the house was getting cold, I called up Majestic Heating and air, they came out checked out the furnace, a new part was needed they fixed it immediately !! Great job, Honest. We will use Majestic for all of our Heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks.

They did a wonderful job. Very helpful with suggestions on what I wanted done.they enlarged the bathroom to include a big walk in shower and new vanity. They did a new laundry room and installed washer and dryer. They were very helpful with helping me pick out tile, fixtures and hardware. Great guys to work with. Highly recommended.

Joe was able to come look at our furnace within 24 hours of us contacting him and explained everything in detail about what the service call would entail. Great. We hired Majestic to install a new furnace in my 87 year old mothers home . We bid out the job and did our research . Majestic was wonderful with my mom and provided excellent customer service . I later hired Majestic to install a new AC unit in my home . Again , great service , price and product . Joe is a great guy! I would highly recommend .
