Majestic Renovations SRQ

Horrible… The tile job was a 6 out of 10. Everything else was brutal. Total lip service. Did not follow instructions when to leave the property. On 3 separate occasions and threw construction material into dumpsters that did not even belong to our facility and never asked permission to begin with. They left the property everyday a mess and not once did they raise a finger to clean up. They tiled under a set of double doors that was the main entrance into the building and since the doors would now not close, They decided to kick the crap out of the doors which is clearly on cameras. They gave up and left the main doors open for anybody to walk into. A clear security breach. They tell you what you want to hear and then totally disrespect you and your property. Consumers…You have been WARNED!!

Excellent!! This has been the best experience we have had with a contractor in the past few years. The owner did exactly what he quoted. No change of schedule, no excuses. A job well done! On time, on budget! How refreshing!!!!!

Entirely unprofessional small business that will promise excellent results and deliver poor to no communication after the sale has been initiated. He just sends people out and makes money on other labor and doesn't manage his projects. Steer clear unless you want extreme frustration and at best mediocre results with no commitment as he bails when his work needs correction. Get yourself a true professional that delivers professional results and good communication. They are ill equipped on skill, tools and technique and are not results and client satisfaction driven. They need to be W2'd not SE'd.

I received a call from Sammir before I had even closed my computer after finding his business. He came out the same day to quote the job and had a guy here at 9 am the next morning to do the work. I am impressed with his responsiveness, communication and quality of work performed.

My experience with Sammir and this company was very pleasant. They have good work ethic and did an amazing job on my new flooring installation one thing that I like about them is that they are local company so you know that they don’t kill you with their prices. It went very good! The person I dealt with was Sammir, he was awesome to work with. He had many ideas to help me get what I was wanting and with in the budget I had for this project. He made us feel very comfortable with step by step updates, insurance, and an overall professional approach. The project was intensive in the fact the entire bathroom needed completely removed. He finished on time all while simultaneously removing and replacing my floors in the living room. Very comfortable saying I would recommend this business and person for any renovations project.

Custom made fence and gate! No panels used, screwed in each individual wood picket to the 2x4's! If you want somebody who pays attention to detail, Sammir is your guy!
