Majesty Homes is one of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. I have really tried not to leave a bad review for Rita Londree and give her a chance to finish and leave on a good note. But after multiple (At least 25) unanswered phone calls/voicemails and no response whatsoever I had to! While I write this review the project is still not complete and its been more than 2 years. We wanted to get a Sunroom and a patio done. One of the projects listed in here portfolio (The Patio and Water Feature) is my project. The project started in October of 2018 and we were promised that the whole project will be finished in 4 to 6 months. The Sunroom itself took more than a year to complete around November 2019 (Still some items are pending - its 95% complete. The Patio was started in March of 2019 and was completed in Late 2020 (Still items are pending its 95% complete. In early 2019 after she took major chunk of money from me for both Sunroom and Patio in lieu of buying materials she disappeared on me and later showed up after 3+ months of no work asking for more money - Reason she gave was that she ran out of money as she had other projects pending and spent my project money on them. Later I learnt from her crew that she hadn't paid them in a long time. Her main guy Mauricio who did most of her work has left the job and as per him she owes him more than 5000$ in labor. I was so fed up with her that I told her that I will report her and get her license cancelled, that is when she partnered with another company who guaranteed me that the work will be finished and took more money to buy materials. I made a mistake of giving her more than I owed according to the contract. The work remaining is worth more than what I owe her on the contract so she has stopped replying to my emails and answering my phone calls. We had used Techobloc materials for our project which were ordered by Majesty homes. We have some warranty issue with one of the pavers which Techobloc has acknowledged to replace but they need a order number from Majesty homes in order to replace the pavers but Rita has not yet responded to them and its been over 6months. The polymeric sand she used on our project was horrible quality saving grace is that she did replace it with a supposedly better product. Its only been few months since replacement so I am not sure if it will stand a test of time. The water feature that you see in the pictures was completely designed by me along with all the key parts and calculations. There is one part which has gone bad on the feature which was supposedly under warranty and she had promised to replace it but its been a more than a year and she has yet to replace it (since June of 2020). Although the end product looks good but it was so not worth the effort as it took more than 2 years to complete and I had to be involved in every step as crew was never told what they are supposed to do and I had to be the GC myself so the crew could work.

Majesty Homes did amazing work. They were priced fair and were very professional. They designed a beautiful deck and made some great suggestions. They communicated with me throughout the entire project and treated me with respect. I highly recommend them for any job.

We worked with Majesty Homes to replace a deck with a small patio. They completed the work on time and for the amount that they bid on the contract. They communicated with us all along the way and were responsive to our questions and concerns. We appreciated the professionalism that they demonstrated throughout the entire project and would use them again.

They build the patio in 2016. They took longer than promised timeline to build my patio. Next year couple of my stones came out so i called them as they gave 2 years of warranty. they promised to come and fix the issue but they never show up. I hired other handy man to fix that issue after 1 Year. My advice is Don't trust them.

Very pleased with the price and the final product. Owners and workers were professional and the job was completed in a timely fashion.

We interviewed a few other companies to build our patio but this one stood out. They gave us ‘no kidding’ timeline and expectations. They also provided us with other ideas and gave us estimates with samples. After the HOA approved the work, the team started working in our house. The personnel was courteous, and very professional. The worked was completed on-time and the end-result exceeded all of our expectations. I strongly recommend this company and I will use them for my future projects.

Majesty Homes did a great job building our deck. Our job got a little delayed due to some backup, but in the end it worked out. Once they started work on our project they completed it pretty fast and did a really nice quality job. I would hire them again for another home improvement project and would also recommend using them to my friends and family.

Excellent project planning and pkg development for HOA Design Review. Significant delays to project start (i.e. 2+ months) after project was approved. Worked together to set a date / deadline (my son's 3rd bday) and Rita and her team pushed hard and successfully delivered. Would suggest this vendor if you want to be involved in project monitoring and management-not really possible to be hands off. I felt like a project mgr some days, but willing to do it to get what we wanted, and high quality work, at a great price!

I couldn’t have asked for a better contracting company do build my deck. The workmanship was solid, they completed the work in a timely manner, they were priced appropriately, and they were genuinely nice people.

We worked with Majesty Homes to design a custom trex deck and patio w/stone wall features and lighting. Majesty delivered On time, and on budget and worked with us mid project to make a couple of modifications without delay. Further, when the stonework began we determined we wanted an exact match to our home vs a close match. Rita and team went out of our way to work with the builder of our home to source the stone, which was exclusive to the builder. We would (and will) hire Majesty again for other projects.

It took some time to align a start date with Majesty along with our HOA approvals but once they came out and got started, the process was very quick. We were very satisfied with the work and love our deck and patio.

I cannot recommend Majesty Homes enough! Rita and Victor were outstanding to work with and provided such quality work for an amazing price. I drew up a mock of the design fireplace I wanted and they built the exact specs I was looking for; it could not have turned out better. I wish more people knew about Majesty Homes because they are so kind and fair while upholding strong industry standards in their projects. Don't think twice about hiring this company; you will be pleased with the outcome.

Majesty Homes is just the kind of group that is a dream come true for any homeowner looking for quality work at a reasonable price. Rita and her skilled crew care about the details of their work and always listen to what you want. I have referred them to many of my neighbors who have also been very happy with their work. They can do it all and do it all well!

Project started on the committed date July 2015.Rita committed it to complete it by 3 week well before my son's first birthday by end of Aug 2015.I had made few changes in the plan which took 2 more weeks for re approval.But project was not delivered neither on committed date nor 2 weeks after the committed date. People stopped showing to do any work.Any call to Rita or Victor does not go anywhere except false promises.I used to see someone showing up once a month.Fall went my and Christmas went by.Even New Year went by.After long tussle it was done by next year Feb 2016.8 Months to build a Patio with Gazebo.P.S : My SF home was built in 3 months. I still had Patient left and did not take too much into my head.I even went on to recommend to my neighbor. Silly me.Did not realize Worst is yet to come. Within Next few months I realized my Gazebo roof is leaking when there is rain. My trouble started again.I have been calling Rita and Victor to fix it for more than year now.There is no fix done yet.It goes to Voice mail.If Rita picks the phone,She will promise me that Victor will turn up this weekend to fix it.Weekend never came to them. Worst of all ,based on my recommendation,my neighbor gave his Patio project to Majesty homes.He faced the same fate of late delivery. Funny part is they managed to come to my apposite house everyday for months but did not get a chance to visit my backyard to fix the leaking roof.That tells lot about the customer service.I am getting this worst service after I recommended them for my Neighbor project and also permitted them to show their clients my Patio so they get new projects.One of her Client visited my home many times. I have decided to take this company to task and bring some light to operation of this company.I will update my reviews every week until my leaking roof is fixed.I have attached pictures of the leaking roof. Please be careful if you have decided to deal with this company based on the price. Update to my Previous review.Rita texted me that she will have some one to fix the roof by 7/19 But no one turned up AGAIN.

Excellent. Very detailed. They are very responsive and detailed. I was impressed with the cleaning.

I had a paver patio installed in my backyard last summer but wanted to wait to see how it holds up through the winter before leaving a review. The work took a long time to complete but the patio looks great. The workers were hardworking, professional and definitely knew what they were doing. The contractor could probably improve on their communication, especially with work delays, but overall, I am happy with the finished project.
