This pro did the work that I requested, but the moulding was not painted. The 3 thermostats were installed, but their boxes were placed in a trash bag and left on the table in my living room. It seems this pro and I had a miscommunication. I mentioned needing receipts/invoices/pictures to provide to my realtor and he said that he told me he would provide support on the Angi App. Once the job was finished and I asked for the support again, he called me raising his voice. I only received some of the pictures on the app and the receipt was not detailed. He said he would correct it, but he didn?t. Then, after the dispute, I asked that he not return to my house. I also feel like I overpaid for this service.

Mr. Gentry was fantastic! Was not expecting him to come so fast but he did and came prepared with everything he needed and successfully hung up my mount/tv/mounted soundbar. Thank you!!

Gentry was great. Very knowledgeable and hospitable. Hired him to install an ac window unit. Gave me little tips to improve maximum air flow to the central ac. Will definitely be hiring him again for future projects.

You know, he cleaned up after He cut a hole in the wall to move the plug. So he did a super duper job. That's why we hired him to do the other job at our other property.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Major Construction LLC for doing an amazing job mounting my TV. They were very professional, quick, and made sure everything was perfectly aligned and secure. Had eight tiles which needed to be replaced. This was a small job. Reading this was a construction company, thought there would be no interest in the job. I had eight tiles which had to be replaced. Mr. Major came to look at the job and immediately started to work. He set the new tiles and came back the following day to put in the grout. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend Mr. Gentry Major, the owner of Major Construction LLC.

Very detailed work and very kind I would recommend

If I could give zero stars, I would! Things started nicely, we spoke on Saturday about what I was looking to have done, he asked me to send pictures of my shed, I did immediately, he said he would get back with me within an hour, that didn't happen! He responded back to me once I responded to Angi asking about my experience is when he returned the call. He came out on Wednesday, later than planned, but okay, I understood his reasoning, he arrived, seems to be a nice guy, he looked at the shed and said, I think we can do this, I joking said, not think, you know you got this! I wish I would have stopped right there! I asked about jacks, he said, his other guy had the jacks, he got a long steel piece of steel to use to lift my shed, I bought some stones that I liked from Home Depot, he told me thise were too nice to use, I said to him, I like nice! He became so angry, told me he could put it back like he found it! Basically dismantled my shed for $650 Not Leveled!

Highly recommended! He contacted me quickly after posting my request and we scheduled a visit the next day. He did an excellent job putting my bookcase together and was very friendly and easy to talk to.
