I’m a commercial property manager and experienced a plumbing emergency at a high end retail store last weekend. My normal contractor was unavailable and I began making calls to find somebody who could provide emergency service. I am incredibly fortunate to find Jaime and Make it Drain. Jaime arrived promptly and we immediately dove in together to identify the issue and work towards a solution. Jaime clearly possessed an expert level knowledge, but I was also struck by his demeanor and communication style. He was calm, cool, collected and broke down his thought process. We resolved the issue and the work finally finished fairly late on Saturday night. Given all this, the price was very fair as well. Very grateful to have met Jaime. He is now my go-to plumber moving forward UPDATED I brought Jaime and Peter back to repair two major issues along the clean out drain, and they did so in a manner that was minimally invasive. Rather than excavating significant sections of concrete in the parking lot, they had the creativity to go down through adjacent flower beds, and then dig across to the problem areas. This saved a significant amount of time, labor, money. Their explanation of the issues was clear and helpful. I got quotes from larger contractors given the nature of my client and the building. I took a chance by going with these guys. That chance paid off in the big way. Excellent work, again

Really poor follow through when we had work done at our place and their plumber was supposed to come back the next day, he was a no show and we were ghosted during our attempts to message and call. Ended up having to scramble and call another plumbing company.

I've been using Make It Drain for years. The first time I called Make It Drain was after reading a ton of positivity about their service from my neighbors on the Next Door app and I was not disappointed. My call was returned quickly, Marc and his colleague Ean showed up on time for a Friday afternoon appointment to inspect my hard-to-find-parts-for leaky bathtub faucet. After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me. Talk about an upstanding business! And to top it off, they even helped clean up the flood in my bathroom when my stupid brother turned the main water back on while they were in the middle of the repair. (Oy.) I've since used them to replace a fancy kitchen faucet and service my tankless water heater. They are always on time and professional, clean up any mess made and have very fair prices.

We had the old sewer pipes changed. It was expensive but we had to get it done. The installation was quick and efficient.

Everything went great! Needed to replace the internal parts on two aging toilets. Sergio is the consummate professional. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Make It Drain is the real deal.

I hired Make it Drain to fix my leaking toilet because my regular plumber was unavailable. I spoke with the main office and was told that a repairman would be at my house within an hour. After an hour and with no repairman in sight or call to explain his absence, I called the office back. I was told that the repairman had to get a part and that's why it was taking so long. The repairman finally showed up two hours after my initial call and promptly left again to get another part -- for which he added an additional $50 to the original quote. The work was completed and they did come back the following day when the toilet still wasn't fixed. But they could not detect any problem and left. The best thing about this experience is that it has renewed my already-considerable confidence in my regular plumber. Should I have an urgent matter in the future, I will wait until he is available. He is more reliable than Make it Drain (he comes when he says he will) and he is much more reasonably priced.

I called Make It Drain on a Sunday night and scheduled service for the next day. Thomas was punctual and courteous. He took a quick look under our sink, gave me an estimate of the work, and completed the job in a little over an hour. I was surprised about the original estimate of $625, but with an Angie's List coupon and a little extra discount, the final price was $540, which I very much appreciated. I called Make It Drain yesterday about a leak in my sprinkler system. Peter took my call and made an appointment to come over the next day. He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. I showed him our problem, he gave me a quote and waited patiently for me to ok it with my husband over the phone. All in all, the work took a few hours and it looks great; he replaced two valves and one of them included some soldering work. I think it was a fair price for the amount of work required. Would happily hire Make It Drain again.

Everything was A+ from scheduling through after job cleanup. Also the team was very knowledgeable about the equipment they were installing.

Fine. Although, It turned into a complicated project. The drain was so old and stopped up it could not be opened. The brick had to be drilled apart and a new pipe had to be placed. And the whole line hydrojetted. But it’s now fixed and flows freely. I also had another line hydrojetted.

We had slow draining issues in our house which became an emergency situation 3 days ago. Called several plumbers with no answer or response. Decide to check Yelp reviews as well and was happy to see good responses. Peter and the guys assessed the situation, gave me my options, and dug a 6 foot trench to a broken sewer line. We were back up and running with a new section of pipe under the parkway and hydro jetting and sleeve from parkway to city line under the street. Peter worked with me to stay within our budget. Major damage was found in pipes under the floor of the laundry room. The repairs took six days, including over the weekend. I found Peter to be honest, competent, and trustworthy. He kept my interests in mind and did not try to sell me more work than necessary. The final cleanup after the job was done could have been better, but that's a small point. I will be calling on him for bathroom work in the near future.
