I highly recommend Anthony Beretta and his team at Make Ready NYC. Anthony was very responsive and easy to reach throughout the project. George supervised the work, Cesar expertly refinished the floors, Enrique did a flawless paint job, and Isaac handled the electrical fixtures. They refinished the floors, painted the apartment, and installed fixtures with great attention to detail. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful, keeping the workspace clean and completing everything on time and within budget. They also carry the proper insurance to satisfy NYC co-op and condo board requirements. I’m very happy with their work and would definitely hire Anthony and his team again.

It went great! Anthony's team were fast and efficient, communicative and friendly. They listened and gave advice. We had an entire 2,000 sft Manhattan loft resurfaced in 3 days. I'm impressed with the efficiency and the end result. I give them my full endorsement and I look forward to hiring them again.

Incredible service! I would recommend them anytime. Make Ready NYC made miracles with my apartment that needed to be painted in a rush (and it wasnâ t an easy job getting it from dark grey back to white!). They got all the people needed to make it happen in record time and the results were amazing! And the value was very appropriate for the quality of service and the professional work.

We loved working with Make Ready NYC! Anthony and his team were the most responsive, efficient, clear and kind professionals we got quotes from for refinishing our floors and painting our apartment. Their quote was the most competitive and comprehensive. Anthony and George were also excellent for recommending products for us first-time home buyers. Start to finish they did everything they said they would. Cesar worked magic refinishing our old hardwood floors. And even though we had a slightly more involved painting process than normal, Enrique was patient and did a meticulous job, even working late to get it done on our timeline. Good value for the money but fairly poor communication during the project. We had strict deadlines for the project to get done while we were out of town and it was frustrating to have them come back a couple of times. Best price we could find though. If you?re flexible on timing, would definitely recommend

I hired MakeReadyNYC to spruce up my place. It was in desperate need of a face lift. Dealing with Anthony was a pleasure. Very personable and professional. I had new flooring put in and they painted my place as well as redoing my bathroom, which I didn’t even know was possible. I had an old school bathroom that was pink through and through. Horrid I know. But Anthony suggested this cost saving thing where they sprayed my entire bathroom with this white special paint and brought it into the 21st century. The job was done quickly and efficiently and I’ve since recommended Anthony and his crew to numerous friends. I highly recommend!
