Complete Home Inspection

DO NOT USE. On August 24, 2026, we hired Mako to do an inspection on a property. Inspection was done and only a couple minor things found. Moved in 5 days later and 2 separate vents had no duct work. Mako failed to check vents and went contacted stated that wasn?t part of the inspection process. They just make sure the unit turns on and off basically. They offered to refund the cost of inspection as long as I signed a settlement stating I wouldn?t share their mess up that they admitted to. I?m out a couple thousand, but denied $350 to hopefully prevent others from same experience. Look else where for customer service and a business that stands behind their name.
