My experience with Malone Electrical Solutions was horrible. I was over charged for work done. First the tech had a bad attitude when she came in the door. She blamed my son for causing the outage. (not joking) I called the office and spoke with the office manager about the tech, and the office manager said she would talk to her. When she gave the estimate it seemed a little high. I asked why it was so high, she said that that was what was in the system. I asked if that didn't work what would happen. She said that she She could not tell me what the labor rate was. (I called the main office and they couldn't tell me either.) They charged me for a circuit breaker box to be replaced, and the tech had only replaced one (1) fuse. The tech never did a diagnostic to see what the problem could have been. She just jumped to conclusions to charge for the circuit breaker box. I never received my invoice from them until I called and asked for it two weeks later. I spoke to the manager again about being overcharged b/c the tech didn't replace the entire box. She stated that she would issue a partial refund and I am still waiting. Be warned if you would use Malone...

Malone Electrical was competent and professional. Pricing was overall fair but nowhere near cheap. We hired him to install an upgrade to our electrical service from 80amps to 200amps and that's what we got, in a reasonable amount of time. He wasnt overly friendly though and would not baby the customer in any way. I would hire him again.

Malone was very professional and courtepus. Explained everything!

Malone provided very poor service. His crew failed to read the instructions on our hot tub and reversed the wiring during install. When we called him to request his team come fix it, he refused to accept responsibility so the actual hot tub company sent out an employee who verified the reverse wiring and got our hot tub up and running for us. We will never work with Malone again-conceited and arrogant.
