I have an aging cat who no longer uses the litter box in the basement. My floor cleaning was in effectual and the urine smell was bad. Martin Tay and his team did an unbelievable job. They spent almost 2 hours soaping and mopping the floor, using hot water and repeatedly changing the water. Martin and I met on Wednesday and he and his men came the very next day. He explained what a thorough and clean job he would do and that's exactly what he did. It's money well spent for someone who works so hard and does a beautiful job.

They were incredibly accessible and accommodating. Very communicative, the first to respond to my request. They were professional and friendly and did a thorough job for my move in. We will have them now on a regular basis. I also referred them to my neighbor who also raves about how great they did compared to his last cleaners.

Mamie made themselves available by working late in the day, charged a very reasonable price given the extent of the squalor, and did a brilliant job, restoring the elegant apartment to its previous splendor with hard, quick work.

Great service - Martin and his team delivered. I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning. Great job team!
