This time when it was sprayed inside my house it left a white film on the wood floors in each room it was sprayed. That didn't happen last time.

The have different rates for your different needs, so you do not have to pay every month or every other month. They tailor plans to fit your needs and budget for pest control. I have never seen any pests in my driveway since using this company. I would say they do an above average job.
