The owner John and his crew were excellent. Very professional and helpful in paint color selection. You cannot find a better quality painter at a reasonable price. I will be using them again. I highly recommend.

I hired Juan based upon the reviews from Angies list. He failed to live up to those reviews. I settled on a high price with his company to work on my apt because I knew the amount of prep work would be huge. The second day on the job he wanted 20% more money saying he miscalculated the amount of work (we spent an hour plus in the apt going over all the work that had to be done). The job was supposed to be done in a week, it took 3X more than that. I went to the apt in the middle of the work week to check on progress. His guys were not there! He put them on another job. I had to act as foreman and show up multiple times to ensure the work was getting done. While the end result was pretty good (not perfect as promised), the aggravation was not worth it. Juan will not be surprised by any of this as I told him what I was going to write.

Excellent. Great job - would recommend and hire again. Painted 10x10 deck with both paint and stain. Old deck with new floor boards and it has been brought back to life! On time, courteous, and responsive to requests.

Everything went well and job was done in one day

The crew of 3 removed carpet and painted 3 furnished rooms. Juan estimated 2.5 days but they finished in 2 days. They took the carpet away and left the remaining paint so I could use it as needed. They did a good job and I would hire them again.

The job went great! First of all he came to look at the job and was able to give me a price that same day. Other painters I called took much longer with pricing, couldn't schedule the job, or never gave a price at all. Manati was a refreshing change from other contractors. Second of all, he was able to schedule the work fairly quickly and kept returning until the job was finished. The job was not a big job but it wasn't easy either. The pricing was great too. I would definitely hire them again.
