Called Saturday morning after my sump pump malfunctioned, fortunately it was not raining. Matt answered, asked about the problem and then said he could out in a couple hours. Less than 2 hours Matt arrived, assessed the situation and replaced my old pump with a new pump. In less than a half hour later the new pump was installed and working as expected. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Very pleased with the responsiveness. Will look to M & E Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Discovered a leak from upstairs bathroom in tub area. Dave discovered the leak was from the tub faucet. Dave found water and mold damage behind bathroom wall. He explained that he could not complete the repair until water and mold damage was completed. He was able to remove the faucet and cap off the water supply, so we would not be without water in the other parts of the house. He will complete the repair when water and mold damage is completed. Dave was very knowledgeable about the problem and advise us how to resolve the the issue before he can complete the repairs. We will use  M & E to complete the job after water damage issue is resolved. <br>

I initially purchased a deal off of Angie's list for installation of shower control valve. Matt and Dave did such a great job that I invited them out to do my basement bathroom. I have been quite satisfied with their work and their prices. They are now my regular plumbers who I will call if I have any plumbing issues or installation. <br />

<p>I had a toilet that kept running when not being used. The provider came out and took a look. He replaced a part which was covered in the price, checked the pressure, and all was well. Job well done!</p> <br />

For eight months I tried to figure out what was leaking in my laundry room. Being handicapped I was limited on what I could do. I hired these guys and they found the problem right away and fixed it in no time. They were very friendly and did a great job. I will be using them again. <br />

He checked both bathrooms and the kitchen and found the problem immediately, thanks M & E Plumbing I will be using you in the future. <br />

The young man arrived in a timely manner.  Along with his assistance they quickly replaced the pipe and faucet that was leaking.  Explained how it happened to my husband. <br />

Matt came out promptly to give me an estimate for the job. He was personable and professional. After getting several other estimates, I decided to go with M & E. Not only was Matt's estimate the lowest, but  he also had good reviews on this list and was able to schedule the job quickly. The water heater was installed this morning and is running smoothly. Yes, I plan to use M & E in the future. <br />

I purchased my house about 6 months ago.  It has had non-stop plumbing problems, including needing a new hot water heater the day I bought it.  I've had 5 or 6 plumbers out for different issues and had to deal with people who couldn't find the problem, did sub-par work, or wouldn't return calls.  <br /> When I smelled a gas leak near my hot water heater, M & E came right out and installed a new valve.  A few days later, I was still noticing a gas smell.  They came right back out and replaced another part free of charge that had been overlooked.  This is the kind of service I value.  Dealing with the various issues in my place has shown me plumbing is not an easy task, and I really appreciate a professional that is willing to make sure the job is done correctly.  Looking forward to having them out for additional work in the future! <br />

He did a great job. Very courteous and respectful of my home. He came in, did his job and had me up and running in about 20 minutes. I appreciated his flexibility with my schedule and the effort he put into treating me fairly. <br /> I explained the issue. Told him what my husband and I had done. He assumed we had not set the was ring correctly. Actually, after pulling, he explained the need for two rings for my particular setup. He drained the water, removed the hose, did the inspection, replaced the rings, reset the toilet, tightened everything. Did numerous test flushes to ensure there were no other water issues. <br />

Great!  The provider was on time; identified the problem immediately but didn't have the parts.  After he purchased the right parts he was able to replace the valve quickly.  Very efficient and cleaned up the work area before he left. <br />
