I hired Mandette Roofing Plus to repair the siding on my home, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor, and I constantly had to monitor the work to make sure it was done correctly. Their crew repeatedly tried to cut corners, and if I hadn?t been watching closely, they would have left me with subpar results. The most concerning part was that they attempted to charge me an extra $3,500 for work that was never actually done. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, and I had to call them out multiple times to get things corrected. In the end they still charge me an additional $1000 for an extra hour or 2 of work and a couple 4x4s in supplies. To top it off, someone from the company even offered me $250 in exchange for a positive review ? which makes me question the legitimacy of all their 5-star ratings online. I went with Mandette Roofing Plus because of their great reviews, but after my experience, I would strongly advise

Mandette Roofing Plus did a great job. We have two windows and 1 back door replaced. Both windows had to be reframed because they were a different size. We also had a sill replaced. The came on time, all the work was completed including shingling and repainting as agreed upon. I would use Mandette Roofing Plus again if I have the need.

Frankly they have exceeded my expectations and I will be recommending Mandette Roofing Plus for future work we may have (after the actual roof replacement). The vinyl on the entire rear side of the building has been repaired, all damaged pieces are replaced; it looks brand new! All the weathered fascia boards on the roofline have been flashed and/or sided with vinyl. They not only replaced the aluminum flashing on the Western window that was repaired poorly last year, but they color matched the paint...this also looks brand new! And the new PVC base trim boards look great also; they even installed a new angled board for the Eastern side, which is not something I had originally scoped. Personally I couldn't be happier with the work they've done and I am literally elated to see a contractor deliver above expectations for once.
