MANDY STETZEL

Mandy did a phenomenal job of guiding me through the process of buying a home. As a clueless first-time home buyer, I didn't even really know where to begin, and had a ton of questions about how the process worked. She was excellent at answering any questions I had, and would find the answer for me if she didn't know it off the top of her head. She was also very good at helping me narrow down what type of house I wanted and the location as well. I felt very comfortable having her as my Realtor; she was very open, honest, and available. I met with her on more than one occasion on Sundays, and she always accommodated my schedule, saying that I could call her at any time. At closing, she provided me with a binder that included copies off all the paperwork that pertained to the process, which was a very helpful reference to have. I would recommend her realty services without question, and definitely plan to have her help me sell my home in a few years when I decide to upgrade!

Mandy was recommend by my husband's company. We were flying to Indy for a long weekend and needed to look at houses and make an offer (all in the same weekend). Mandy kept in contact with us via email and phone when we were in CA to show us different options. From there we narrowed it down to to the ones we wanted to look at in person on Friday; Saturday we looked again at our top two choices and made an offer. There was some back and forth finalizing the details, but Mandy took care of it all. Sunday we signed the papers and had a house to move into the next month when we made the big move.

She was recommended to me by a friend, and she was amazing. I have known many real estate agents, and Mandy went way above the call of duty. She was organized, pre-plotted all the houses we visited, gave me updates and packets on a daily and weekly basis, and on several occasions worked overtime to make sure my offers and documents were in order and sent out. The most impressive event was when she spent a whole day waiting on the electric company, water company, and gas company to turn on the utilities at a house because I was out of town. Mandy is the best of the best and I would recommend her to everyone.
