"We’re sorry that you feel displeased with the pricing. Unfortunately, this was the absolute lowest we could do the job for and it barely covered the cost of material. You told me if I didn’t do the job at this low of a price, then I would receive a negative review. Upon agreeing to a start date, you completely ignored me for two weeks before contacting me again and demanding I move my schedule to accommodate your needs, to which I did. Before beginning any work, I informed you that one of your walls was falling down and had to be braced. The cost of materials for this would be an extra $250. I preformed the work free of labor and you were only charged for material. To which you signed for under contract and were fully aware of the pricing before I began any work for you. We were extremely honest with the price and never changed it after you signed a written contract for that agreed upon written price. In addition to bracing your wall with no labor cost, I also fixed up quite a few things for you free of material and labor cost. We do not like to leave a job site if the client isn’t completely satisfied with our work. Your reaction in this review seems conflicting to your response in person. We invite you to reach out if you have any issues with the work that was completed."
"Thank you for your positive feedback! We’re so happy that you are pleased with our work. It would be a pleasure to work with you again!"
"Just to clarify. I was paid $[Member Information Removed] per hour for 1-3 guys. My rate is $60 per man hour which hasn’t changed in a year. Working with you was quite difficult to the point where I needed to be paid upfront because it took 4-5 weeks to get paid the first time and I believe I was lied to as well. You waited until Christmas Eve to pay me a large sum of money when I was expecting it four times five weeks prior. Not getting paid for 5 weeks during Christmas is a nightmare for anyone. At $150 an hour for the 160 hours I worked for you... that would be roughly $5000 I’m owed. We went to Lowe’s and due to the fact that you purchased the product 4 years ago....you said you were going to take care of it. There’s no model number on the oven. I was doing everything I could given the current circumstances. Also I never had obligations to meet with other subcontractors, im a carpenter/woodworker and I don’t need to meet with your electricians and plumbers. I did that out of the kindness of my heart. I did a lot for you out of kindness. I really did my best and it’s a shame that this happened like this."
"Thankyou so much for the review! It was a pleasure working with you and I’m grateful for the opportunity to complete your project. Thanks again!"
"My sincere apologies, I could’ve sworn I finished both windows, the circular window and some things inside your home. We’ve gotten a new office number since your job has been completed which is listed on our page."
