When I called this business, I was given a very fair dollar amount for a service tech to come out and confirm my ice maker was in need of replacement, as I was fairly certain the motor has burned out. Techs responded the very same afternoon, were friendly, professional and assured me they would check for the availability of the part needed and call me the following morning with an estimate. I had already googled the part, so had a good idea of the cost and when they called with the estimate, I found it to be honest and fair in cost, along with the added cost of their labor. The techs responded back that very afternoon, and had my ice maker up and running in a very short period of time. I highly recommend this company for any appliance repairs you might need!

About 3 months ago (On Sat !!!; ~ 368 $!!!) heating element was replaced in the dryer (the original one lasted ~ 7 yrs). It stopped heating again completely last week (started dying ~ 3 weeks ago). I texted the company, and they said can not show up this weekend. So I purchased and replaced the heating element by myself (working again). While replacing it I noticed the installed heating blade was cracked (after 3 months???!!), as well as one of the connectors on the thermostat was loose and slightly burned! I called them and asked to reimburse the part I purchased or picked their one and bring me a replacement (no need to reinstall or any extra commitment/warranty) They refused it. I would not recommend them!

Joe diagnosed the problem in minutes. Quickly got to work and fixed the problem. He cleaned up after himself. Fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Worst company I had to deal with. Did not diagnose my fridge problem correctly. did not fix my fridge. do not get ripped off as I did. stay away from this place.

I looked on angis list for a recommendation for someone to fix my whirlpool ice maker. So they recommended manny appliance repair. The tech arrived around 3:00 pm. He came in looked over the refrigerator,and thought maybe it was the water filter. So I said go ahead and put one one. He said he did not have one. I looked at him and said, why not? arent you the repair man? Then he tells me I can go to Home Depot and buy one. By then I realized I have been had. He wanted $65.00 bucks for the call. And I still have no ice maker. These people are crooks, and I am sorry I ever called Angis list! Never again! - William B.
