From my first contact with Manolo/Iris, they were super responsive from the very beginning when I first reached out for pricing. Their price came in below others although I’ve previously used an individual and not professional company like this. They even followed up the day before the service to confirm. Susana and another nice lady (sorry I can’t remember her name!) arrived right on time at 7:30 AM! They brought all the supplies needed and got started right away. Susana asked me if there were any special details and I told her I needed my couch vacuumed and blinds cleaned. They tackled our entire place in just under three hours and it looks fantastic! Great attention to detail (they brought a step ladder to clean out of reach spots) and they were super friendly and hard working. I paid $150 where I’ve paid $100 with another cleaner but this was for a “deep clean.” My place is very clean except for the cat hair, so I think this was a bit high taking into account how clean my place is but they had no way of knowing that! I’m fine with the price and it was worth it but next time I’lljust get a regular clean. Many thanks!

Manolo and his wife arrived on time and immediately got to work. Both were extremely courteous and professional. I explained that I wasn't expecting a miracle. The house was built in 1922 and has never been upgraded. Paint on areas like windowsills was cracked and filthy. Mini blinds had been hanging for decades. Was really just wanting the massive amounts of dust on the floors cleaned up and a general cleaning of bathroom and kitchen. Manolo and wife went well above and beyond. Cleaned every room thoroughly incl. a stove and refrig from the 70's inside and out. All cabinets wiped cleaned, windows washed, all mirrors (incl. a very large one in the living room and sliding closet doors in the bedroom) were cleaned. The kitchen and laundry room floors were a real challenge being linoleum from the 70's, but they did a remarkable job. The house sparkled when they were done and I was both amazed and impressed. Would definitely hire again. Extremely reasonable price given all they did.

Manolo & Iris have been cleaning my house for 10 years now. Obviously, I trust them & value them. They do a great job with the cleaning & don't move things around so that I can't find them. I can't speak to their punctuality, since I am usually at work when they come. Their prices are reasonable too.

Suzanna and Sonya from Manolo & Iris Maid Service were great--on time, friendly, professional and very detailed in their work. They cleaned the house from top to bottom, literally. They cleaned things I didn't realize were dusty and grimy: remote controls; a fan; baseboard trim; the surface of my water machine; that space between the bottom of the wall heater and the floor; and the list goes on. It was a lot of work and they completed it quickly. The price was very reasonable. I got what I paid for and then some. I WILL absolutely hire them again! Such a great find.
