The siding was professionally installed. Manuel made special trips to Omaha for supplies when the shipment was wrong & sealed a roof vent that they noticed a different contractor had forgotten to caulk at no extra charge.

Manuel I did not perform quality service when left on his own. On several occasions I had to request rework. He didn’t watch over the job. Instead he relied on under skilled laborers to make the repairs.
