Manuel contacted me within minutes of my service inquiry. Although he was late for our job estimate meeting he came prepared to begin work immediately. His price was competitive and he completed the task as agreed he even did extra repairs. He left the area clean and removed all of his equipment from the premises.

Completed everything to standard and ahead of schedule for a price far superior to others that bid. I would highly recommend Manuel and his team.

I hired Manuel to replace to exterior doors. He was punctual,polite,and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend him.

In general did a nice job at the lowest quote. Our only problem is with the painting of a concrete porch floor. When we returned porch furniture after the paint had dried the floor showed scrape marks to old paint below right away. Don't know whether the concrete was not properly prepped or what the problem is. Crew was polite, hardworking, and efficient.

Manuel did an excellent job on my siding repairs. We also found a support beam that was rotten and he & his crew were able to repair that as well immediately. Manuel was easy to work with and they all were nice. They even took my trash to the curb for me!

Everything is great, I love him. He is more than skilled with his work. He is going to school to learn how to speak English better. I really like his work.
