Thorough job, great work ethic!

The person that came to estimate and the person who came to clean were very professional and answered all my questions. The carpet was very stained. After cleaning it looked great when it was wet, but some of the stains showed when it dried. I called the next morning and they came back that day and got almost all the stains out. There was one that shows just slightly. I was very happy with the cleaning, because I thought I might have to replace the carpet. My new tenants think that it looks great. I expected to pay an additional fee for extra stain removal with enzyme cleaner, but they would not charge me. That made me even happier. Great company.

The carpets were in such a state I thought we might have to replace them.  There were various stains I believed might be permanent.  Having used this provider previously I was confident I would receive excellent advice.  I described the nature of the carpet stains and the young man (Adam) came with the proper equipment totally prepared.  Adam took the time to explain how he was going to treat the carpets.  Adam did not rush the job.   When he was finished the carpets were clean beyond my expectations.  Adam is a polite and very professional individual who truly cares about the work he performs.  The price for Maple Leaf Carpet and Tile Cleaning  services was reasonable. <br />

The provider gave a two hour window and showed up during the first 15 minutes of that window. Though they had provided a quote over the phone the foreman provided a more accurate quote when his crew got to the condo and even gave a discount for having an empty unit. We didn't even have to stay while they cleaned the carpets and just came back later to check on everything. We just mailed a check later that week, very convenient. Not to mention the carpets looked great! <br />

They are extremely professional.  Their estimate may be a little higher than another company, but they are totally worth it. <br />

I called at the last minute and was able to get an appt within two days.  The young man was prompt, explained the process to me, and went right to work.  The carpets looked like new when he finished. <br /> The only glitch was that the person with whom I made the appt quoted a price of about $90; however, the cost was actually $160 so I would suggest not giving quotes on the phone.  The young man said that this shouldn't happen. <br />

I had one geriatric dog and one puppy so I needed my carpets cleaned. Clint, the owner is just great. They are professional, show up within a 15 minute time window and explain our options to us. They ask whether our stains are protein stains, magic marker or nail polish or as much as the customer knows. Then they treat each stain individually. The workers move miscellaneous things for us and put little plastic corners underneath all our furniture so if it is a little wet under there it won't leave a big dent. They are just awesome.

Very polite, good looking young man. Took time for estimate. Gave me the Angie's List $46 discount. Worked steadily and did a fine  job. 2 Years ago we had a poor job from a different company. My wife is fussy but she was very pleased with cleaning. Made a big difference in the colors and smells of rug. Dried quickly. A little expensive, but very worthwhile. No surprises. Completed all work in 2 hours. Dried fast as promised. Was on time. Cleaned up after himself. <br />

Work was prompt and excellent! Extra care given to little spots here and there with great results. Technician was helpful and friendly and was good about explaining the process, his equipment and offered to follow up should we have an issue. <br />

Booking the appointment was easy - I did not ask for a quote because we have used them a dozen times over the years.  They gave us a 2 hour time window and were on time.  They asked about the stains to make sure they were pet stains.  Also washable marker stains - wow, I thought the carpet was ruined, but it came up! They cleaned a large chair for me and asked about a stain guard finish - but not a hard sell.  I always get it. Clint and his crew has extended the life of my carpet!  I would never use anyone else - they really take the time to pay attention to their job and you can tell they take pride in their work. <br />

I worked with two different men-- one did my estimate and one did the cleaning. They were both very professional and nice. They arrived in the two hour window that they had given me and didn't waste their time. The estimate only took about 15 minutes. The cleaning took about an hour or so. After the carpet was cleaned, it looked so much better! You can still see the wear patterns or traffic areas, but the pet stains, rust spot and dirt are gone!. I would definitely use them again The price seemed a little steep, but I've never had carpet cleaned, so I'm not sure how it actually compares. Stairs are priced per step and carpet is 41 cents a square foot, I believe. <br />
