Terrible company. I hired movers through the Uhaul Moving Help services 6 weeks before my move. The day of the move, they texted and I gave them the option of doing the 3 hours of work I already paid for in the evening or the next morning. They stated they would be there by 5pm. 6pm rolls around, I get a text saying their last job went late and they would be at my place at 6:30. 6:45 rolls around, they text they are on the outskirts of town and will be here soon. 7:10, they ask if they can do the job in the morning. I state yes but I wanted a refund for one of the 3 hours I paid for as most of the truck was already loaded by this time. At 7:30am the next day, I texted to make sure they were coming. 8am I call and no one answers. I call multiple times until I get a text saying they had other jobs and weren't going to do mine, so later. My truck was due back my noon and I have already paid for these guys. I called Uhaul and Moving Help and no one could help my so I had to scramble to get friends to help me move. Extremely unprofessional. Very poor communication. Terrible service. Buyer beware.

Everything turned out great! The owner responds back quickly. The price was great! The two workers that he sent worked hard and fast! Nothing broken ?? YAY! It was a very successful move!! Thank you!
