They were good. It did take them a little while to get out here because they're so busy, but once they did they got it all done in one day.

The owner, Paul Stoural, was wonderful about communicating with me through phone calls and text messages. Without him fighting USAA for our new roof for almost 2 years we would not have the roof today! We had 2 roof estimators come out from USAA and both claimed no recent hail damage even though we had pictures of the hail . Then Paul Stoural asked USAA for a civil engineer to come out and look at roof. USAA said civil engineer said no need for roof. Then Mr. Stoural said we might consider talking to retention department at USAA since we have been with them over 20 years. My husband did that and within the week USAA had approved the new roof. We had given USAA pictures of the golf ball size hail and they didn't care. The owner of Marathon, Paul Stoural, has been in business for over 17 years in Bellevue. His workers all did a good job of sweeping up at the end of the day since I was concerned with nails getting in my car tires. We also got new gutters on entire house. A great roofing company and wonderful people to work with. They had put on the vinyl siding too and it looks great too!

Paul at Marathon worked with us on installing vinyl siding on our entire home. I love keeping the business in Bellevue since we live in Bellevue. Paul has been the owner for over 17 years! The siding was done when it was turning cold but they got in on and it looks fantastic!

All work was done quickly and excellently. Marathon also handled all of the insurance claims and billing. The whole thing was super-simple for me!

The company is very busy. If you need to schedule maintenance I would suggest starting the process in early summer to make sure the work is done before cooler weather starts

We recently had Marathon Services replace shake shingles on our roof with asphalt shingles. Paul Stoural, the owner, helped us out with the insurance company and proved to them that we had enough hail damage that the roof needed replacing. Paul kept us informed through the whole process and started the work when he promised. The crew was efficient and did their best to keep from damaging anything. They cleaned up every evening before they left and rolled the yard for stray nails. The roof looks great and we were satisfied with their work. We would recommend Marathon Services to anyone.

Wanted to follow up on a review I posted back in Dec 2015. The company did replace my skylight (and surrounding roof tiles) last month. I wanted to wait until we had a few good storms before posting this. I am happy to say that it was a job well done. Had a plastic skylight that needed replaced due to occasional water leakage-had to go up on the roof yearly to apply a new coating of roof sealant to keep the problem at bay). Marathon replaced it with a glass skylight. They had to cut a small amount of drywall to make it fit, but no issues at all. I just had to place some plastic under the opening while they worked in order to catch the debris that fell. Have had a few downpours since and the problem is gone.

Marathon took off the old shake shingles and installed new Certainteed shingles in less than a week.   They cleaned up their mess at the end of the day which was great since I was worried about nails in my tires.  Paul Stoural  has been the owner for over 17 years at Marathon in Belleuve.  We wouldn't have the roof if Paul hadn't worked with us for over a year trying to get USAA to put on a new roof due to hail damage and we had pictures of the hail.  Last year Marathon put on vinyl siding and new gutters with leaf guards on the gutters.  Marathon also took off our copper awning and put shingles on it.  Paul does a good job of explaining things and working with you.

We engaged Paul Stoural and his team at Marathon Services, Inc. to install an exterior door and build a deck in August of 2015.  Our entire experience from preconstruction to the final punch list was exceptional.  Our initial preconstruction meeting with Marathon was during the heart of their busy season.  This didn't stop them from delivering detailed specifications and answering all questions to our satisfaction prior to signing a quote.  During fieldwork Marathon did a great job of delivering the services that were promised during preconstruction.  We ran into an unforeseen issue at the end of fieldwork.  Marathon came up with a creative and accommodating solution to get the job done, while keeping all parties happy.  We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marathon to anyone in the market for a new deck, and we plan to engage them in the future for other projects.   <br> <br>Thanks, Marathon!     

Paul helped me understand how skylights work following a roof.replacement done by another vendor. I would use Marathon again and would recommend them to friend. Work was well done and timely.

Great!!   Marathon Services produced what they said they would do and more.  Ryan was very professional, friendly and kept me up date on the progress of my deck.   I would definitely use them again... <br />

My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail of Paul and Ryan at Marathon Services.  I did a lot of research before choosing a contractor and was very pleased with my decision. <br /> With the rainy weather this spring, we kept in contact about the start date and Marathon delivered as promised.  Paul and Ryan walked me through all the details of the roof replacement, including ventilation and some areas that would need extra special attention.  For example, the chimney on my house is placed in such a way that if the roof isn't properly done, it may cause problems, but they were very detailed in the amount of work they did in this area.  Ryan is a chimney expert, and his expertise came in handy for this job. <br /> It was very apparent to me that Paul and Ryan really care about the quality of work they do and take pride in it.  They also care about the relationship with their customers, and did whatever was necessary to make sure that I have a quality roof for years to come. <br />

It was really good.  They really did a nice job.  They were very neat.  They didn't have unique clutter.  They were quick but efficient.  They were reasonable.

They brought four workers. The interaction with the workers was very good. They left the area very clean and they were very prompt. They're going to do work for me this Summer. They're going to replace the faucets ion my house and cover the frasier and vinyl.

It went very well.
