HowardAire Services did an amazing job with our home. They installed a full HVAC system with all the ducts/vents, heat pump, thermostat...ect. The price was very affordable! The unit and labor all come with warranties which give us comfort knowing were are covered for years to come. They treated our home as if it was their own. The team was fast and efficient. They came up with an installation plan that made sense, and they stuck with it. Marcus and his team were there for us communicating everything throughout the entire job. Communication was 100% clear and consistent. The HowardAire team was extremely knowledgeable. You can tell these guys are pros! I highly recommend them for any HVAC services you may require. Marcus has worked on my HVAC system when I bought my First Triplex 12 years ago. .He provides quality work at lower rates than most of the guys I get quotes from . He also able to come on weekends or able to send someone else out if heâ s on vacation , sometimes he even able to fit me to the end of the day. Iâ m very happy with his customer service and his quality of work . Because I was able to save on Expenses (HVAC replacement and repair) my rental portfolio went from 3 to 11. I highly recommend HowardAire, I stop getting multiple quotes a few years ago knowing Marcus always give me the best and fair price.

Marcus from Howard Aire is a very hardworking and dependable individual. I would definitely use them again. Thanks for servicing my Central Air Unit on the first service call. On the second service call, Marcus has to replace the water circulation pump in my heating unit and also replaced a defective thermopile of the gas fireplace unit we have as both units stopped working around the same time.

From the first phone call, to schedule a visit, to troubleshoot why my system was not working, all the way through the repairs and installation of the equipment, very professional and courteous. Corey was very polite and on time. He was calling when he was on the way. Corey was considerate and took off his shoes when he entered my home. In addition, the owner Marcus was professional and polite, explaining the process of the repair to me and why the breakdown of my system occurred. He definitely knows his stuff. I will definitely not keep this company a secret- I would recommend them to clients and friends.
