Marco is amazing. Installed my sink and was kind, thorough and I would hire him again.

Assemble a Sauna. A very complicated job. He did a wonderful job. Very thorough and complete.

He showed up to assess the job. We agreed on a price. He told me he was busy for a month so I waited. The day before the job he messaged me to send him more than half up front or he wasn?t coming. He never mentioned advanced payment. I said I wasn?t comfortable but would certainly pay him as agreed for the job. He told me he wasn?t coming if I didn?t send him money first. For a handyman? Leave me waiting for a month then demand payment up front before doing one minute of work? Totally unprofessional!!! Time waster!

Marco is amazing! He went above and beyond to make our home look amazing. He's a genuine guy and fixed things in my home that he noticed needed repairs. He didn't have to, but he did it out of the generosity of his heart. I would highly recommend Marco and will hire him every time I need a repair!

They did a fantastic job.

All tasks performed quickly and professionally. In addition, Marco purchased at his own expense a doorknob, provided extra caulking, matched the paint for the drywall patch, and repaired a stair nosing without being asked. We have other household repairs and feel confident in using Marco.

Marco was able to come out the next day. I added some extra work which was not a problem the work was completed on time cleaned up afterwards. Marco and his employee were polite they worked quickly and did not complain. Would ask him to come back again.

We purchased a deal for 4 hours of work with 1 person or 2 hours of work for 2 people. We opted for the 2 hours of work for 2 people option. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with Marco and his company. It took over a month and a half to get time on this calendar to come out. They did arrive on time, but overall we were very unhappy with our experience. They moved very slow, and a hour through our service Marco left and was gone for 45 mins. Marco told us that he would credit us the 45 mins that he was gone, but the issue was that since he was down a person, it meant that they were going to go over the 2 hour time. When he arrived, he did say he charges $100/hour for each additional hour. The work took an additional 2 hours, at the rate of $100/hour should have been $200 (before the 45min credit). However, when the work was finished, he said that we owed $350 for the additional 2 hours ($175/hour), but would credit us $100 for the 45min he was gone, making our balance $250. We needed two doors hung (one on hinges like a normal door, and the other on a sliding barn door system): - The first door (sliding barn system) was hung too high, the rail is loose, one support is not flush w/ the wall, and another support screw was over torqued and broke off in the wall, leaving the door inoperable. So now we have to completely remove the door and re-hang it ourselves. - The second door (hinged), was a one of kind hand painted door that needed the width trimmed to fit the frame (replacing an old door). They trimmed one side too much that it now has a gap large enough to see through, that we will need to fill w/ a very thick weather stripping. They also only used 8 of the 16 screws to hang the door, which we had to finish ourselves. We are super disappointed and will not be using Marco's services again.

Marco arrived on time, quickly surveyed the issues, and got to work. He also made a Home Depot run for us. Everything went very well. We were able to take care of several long-standing problems, and we got a professional opinion about other projects. Very nice man, too!
