The young man worked hard at it, but the service wasn't necessarily what I had originally asked for. And I was a little miffed that he did no clean up, which in the case of tiling and grout work can be a chore.

I wasn't too impressed. <br /> I wanted somebody to clean the grout and he said he doesn't clean the grout he just installs the grout.

"Hey [Member Name Removed] thank you for your review i highly appreciate it and thank your for your purchase for "Tile& Grout or Natural Stone Sealing", i wanted to to also make a comment in reference to your comment which seem you didn't get results you wanted on kitchen floor, i believe you ordered the wrong service for the situation you have in kitchen floor, you purchased Natural Stone and Tile Sealing" the grout on your floor is rotten there are chunks of grout missing all over your floor between tiles so there isnt anything to clean or seal that would of made the difference you were expecting, in that scenario i had recommended we remove and replace grout so you can get the results you are looking for you stated you did not want to do that do to additional cost. Sealing services only protect grout, tile and natural stone from ,discoloration,stains, leaks and etc there is more info on my website [hyperlink removed]... sealing services prevents and it enhances the tile grout or stone, it does not replace or clean grout that is a different service i believe that is reason you were a bit unsatisfied with results you expected, if you need your kitchen floor grout replaced please contact us and we will give you the best rates we have, thank you for business."

Bruno called and we were able to set up an appt. Our appt was for 2:30 pm and he came early at 1:00 pm. We explained what needed to be done and was given some other suggestions to fix the problem we were having with the yellowing caulk and the mold around the top of the tub. He fixed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up well. He was even able to give me suggestions on some other work I told him I needed done.

Bruno was very eager to do a good job. I walked through what was needed and then he went to work. The quality of the work was very strong and the comfort of knowing he will stand by his product for warranty purposes is very reassuring. A fair and balanced review has to include areas for improvement. 1- Bruno was late because his cell phone has a technical problem and when he finally had access, he called to apologize and made sure to came the same day. 2- Bruno could have done a more thorough job cleaning the residual dust, I went over everything afterwards. <br /> Overall, for the cost and convenience, I thought Bruno did a very good job and I would hire him again. I recommend him to others who aren't looking to break the bank and want a solid, clean end product. <br /> Thank you Bruno! <br />

Contractor and assistant came on time and worked hard for the 3 hours. Bathtub area needed to be recaulked as grout had gotten almost black and there were holes in certain areas. Bathroom tile grout was also black in places. Contractor removed old caulk and replaced and now looks like new. He also sealed all caulk areas. In addition, he thoroughly cleaned other tiling and sealed also including soap dish area. Cleaned up well afterwards. Work was professionally done and the cost and result were very impressive. Definitely recommend and would use in the future. <br />

<p>This was a big deal purchase. He did a good job and it took him a long time just to do the tub. He did not caulk, he recommended grouting around the tub. I have a small bathroom and I bought three hours worth of work. He did use the three hours and he did a good job, but he did not finish the bathroom and he said it would be additional cost to finish it. I did not get that work done. The work he did do was good, but taking care of the job was not good. It was slow and limited. I got a deal with the price. </p>

I purchased this service through Angie's a List Deals. The service was re grouting my bathroom. Bruno was very nice and very professional. There was an minor issue with the caulking but without any hesitation, Bruno came back and fixed the problem. I would recommend this company again for their honesty and professionalism. Their prices are reasonable also. <br />

I had purchased the $349 angie's list deal for this project. Bruno was very nice and professional. We immediately encountered challenges such as the wall not being level that required him to bring in extra help. It did cost me more - about $1000 but the cost increases were fair. The backsplash looks beautiful and I would recommend him for future work. <br /> <br /> <br />

Bruno was great! Communication was mostly via Angie's List email which is great for me since I'm often in meetings or traveling for business, so traditional telephone communication for me is not easy. We made an appointment and Bruno showed up on-time with all his materials ready. He requested and I sent pictures of the work area ahead of time. Before starting work, I asked Bruno several questions about the existing caulking and other areas in the bathroom that needed work. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice about the day's service and potential future items. After the service Bruno followed-up via email and by phone to let me know how the work went. When I got home it was clean and the work was great. I will likely reach out again to get my tiles steamed cleaned. This was my first experience with Angie's List -- I am very happy. :) <br />

Not going into details, but the guy who came was very hardworking and conscientious. Rather than re-grouting, he did cleaning. I was fairly satisfied with the work. I was surprised that he left all of the cleanup to me though. <br />

We arranged a date and time online. Was VERY late, claimed it was a cell phone that broke and needed replacing. He eventually arrived and worked hard, did good work. Replaced the broken grout, did some steam cleaning. Was working for longer than planned. However, he didn't finish the initially agreed upon work. <br /> Additionally he created a MAJOR chip, a divot in the nice marble threshold of my shower. <br /> He said he'd be back to finish everything off. The agreed upon day came, my wife waiting at home from work for him to arrive. Evening came, he had an excuse. Lightening strikes twice. He suggested another day. I wait for hours for him to arrive. Messaged a few times, never heard back. now i need someone to fix my marble threshold and finish the tile work he started. <br />

He showed up when he said he would, listened to me and looked at what I wanted done, and gave me an accurate assessment of what he could accomplish within the three hours of the "Big Deal" I had purchased. He did not try to sell me on additional work, which I appreciated. The quality of the work was very good, with much of the tile enclosure around our shower looking like new! My only complaint/advice would be to pay more attention to detail, particularly in the clean-up after the job. There were several areas where grout was smeared on the tiles and not cleaned up, and some grout accidentally got on the shower curtain too. Although he laid down some brown paper to protect the carpet on our stairs (the worksite was on the second floor), it was torn up very quickly and there was a fair amount of dust/debris on the floors, which he had to borrow a broom and dustpan from me to sweep up, as he had not brought his own apparently. This is the only reason why I'm not giving him an "A" overall. <br />

Bruno did an amazing job. Our shower stall has had a mold problem for years. We had scrubbed it and bleached it to no avail. He came in and steam cleaned and repaired all the grout and tiles. He also applied sealant. He was only meant to do the shower stall but had some extra time and so he cleaned the bathroom floor for no extra cost. Both the shower stall and the bathroom floor look like new. <br /> Bruno arrived on time and worked steadily. He cleaned up after himself and he was very kind and professional. <br /> <br />
